    I have been sick for a week a looking for a pilate workout that was no to intense. I used a 4lb body bar for stick. Really enjoyed your routine. Just what I needed.

      Just slow movement and please listen to your body and your doctor's advice on which moves you shoul avoid.

    Thank you so much, it was great exercise, i am 77.9 kgs and trying to loose weight i don't like jumping, this was the perfect exercise for me, i started doing exercises 15 days ago, but i hated every bit of it, i really like ur exercise i didn't even notice the time going by until 28 mins through, then the exercise became harder a bit from then on, i took a small break then, but i was able to complete 90% of it on the right way, thank you so much.

      @@ivana.pilates The view is really stunning, my wish is to live in such a place with big windows and workout. Nice workout, I wish it was a little shorter. Anyways I will look at some of your shorter videos. Thank you. One more thing are we supposed to give a little gap of 1 or 2 days between workout or can we repeat the same workout everyday, for I believe one must change workouts, to confuse the body to geet some really good effect.

      @@ramannth Thank you Rama. This is a magic view place and indeed very beautiful national park in the background. You can for example split this workout into shorter workouts up to 15 min (just do the worming before every workout if it is not the first 15min). You can exercise every day if it is not very intense workout. If you are not walking outside or doing any phisical workout it is indeed advised you do every day a short workout. It can be only 5 min long. I will come soon with shorter videos to support this as well. 💙❄️
