Lock the parent up for child endangerment. Why is three minors out side at 12 midnight.
Locking parents up could inadvertently make the problem worse. Now the kid and his/her siblings are coming back to a home with less resources
Some parents work over night
It was certain days out of the week where my mom would do a night shift in the ER.
It's suppose to be 90 days in jail and $1000 fine. Yet these kids still losing their lives and committing crimes in the wee-wee hours, while the grown ups in the back screen they were just trying to have some fun. Depending on age what they call fun, we call Russian roulette.

When I was 12 and 13 years old if I was in the hood in East Cleveland, I had to be on the porch by 8pm. If I was home in Oakwood Village aka Bedford where it was 100% safe, most kids had to be home when the street lights came on. I had to be in my yard by 9pm. You see in the 80s, kids didn't raise kids and kids didn't tell their parents what they were going to do. And lastly, the weed wasn't so strong that the parent's still couldn't lay down the rules for their kids, meaning they were still aware if we were outdoors. I blame the parents. "Periodt!"
So the police and city keep brushing off the curfew ordinance put in place by the City of Atlanta. What happen to the parents suppose to face penalty for violation of curfew. None of this world be happening if the underage children was in the house by 11pm. The city needs to enforce what they put in place after Zion and Cameron was killed at Atlantic station.

@@WalterLeeHamptonII ordinance say no outside after 11pm children 16 and under. Outside ain't looking safe at a certain time for anyone these day. But ok do as you please. From the looks of the situation they weren't safe outside in front of their door🙄 But you would have to know about Oakland City, Dimmock, People St to know that.
What the hell! 13 and 12 yrs old gunned down by whom….what could possibly have been a motive for the murdering of children, and why are 12 and 13yrs old doing outside at midnight, and where are the parents,what happened to the curfew…this is complete madness!

No kids should be out at 12 midnight I don’t care if it is summer time what ever happened to being home before the street lights come on second we need to to stop with all the excuses they did something to some one or like I’ve been saying there doing this because they don’t care or no more parenting and guidance

The government need to get these guns off the street, to many of our young black teens are killing each other, this is becoming the extinction of our future.

They were teenagers at home on the front. Sure it was late but it is the summer and they were teens. They were killed at home so a curfew would not have helped them.
They only way for a curfew to work, one would have to comply. City put the curfew in place to help keep children safe. If the parent don't enforce them you're right it won't work. Now who's going to ensure the child's safety?
