just a heads up if you intend on playing this mod more, that sages book you got will make you repeat this run permanently its genuinely awful if you accidentally pick it up, luckily you can just set your seed to 0 before a run and it'll fix it
Unsure how the teleporter works, but Forgotten Relics is still a WIP. The last stage you missed is a Stage 5 level, and it's Slumbering Satellite. There's 4 teleporters that you can put the charged relics on, but it wont do anything right now because it's still WIP. You just got unlucky with your run and the stage didnt appear. Best way to get it to appear is to head to newt shop after stage 4 and dream of the slumbering satellite stage.
@@omegadidgeridoo6689 mostly correct. The 4 options you can pick from are; proceed as normal, proceed in reverse stage order, proceed in random stage order, or loop the current stage you were on.
I'd like to suggest you try Starstorm 2 at some point but it'd be better to wait a while as they're working on a major overhaul for the mod and they gotta see what Gearbox does in case SoTS breaks too many things right after they update the mod.
I remember accidentally pytting myself in a loop of just sulfur plains for 15 stages, after that i accidentally enterred void fields and got one shot by the boss.
This mod looked cool but I could find absolutely 0 information on how anything actually worked lol I had to literally look at the code to figure out why one of the enemies mentioned in the config wasn't spawning (the code that's supposed to add the sanctum wisp to stages just adds the frost wisp to those stages, no idea if it's a mistake or intentional)
@@Thorebourne yeah I saw it recently but even they don't seem to be aware of the actual problem since they added it to a bunch of random stages instead of the ones that frost wisps are added to instead of sanctum wisps (slumbering satellite, forgotten haven) I tried to configure it to add them to slumbering satellite and it didn't work but that could easily just be me being stupid Usually I like when mods don't have a wiki so you have to discover stuff for yourself but some things in this one are pretty confusing lol
Becoming an aspect of tar lets you slow down enemies and heal on damaging enemies, but you cant heal any other way.
The logbook for the brass monolith tells of travelers seeing it summon legions of brass contraption towards their direction.

Tarred elites cannot regenerate health but they siphon it from nearby enemies. You also do take more damage, if I remember correctly.

The forgotten haven portal has a normal portal, a looping portal, and a reverse portal I believe.
