[SS14] A Tale of Two Chester Shifts

One incredibly based shift, one less so sadly but it was still a laugh.

Regarding the CE - I've had a few more bad experiences similar since so I've started enabling unrevivable on characters to punish that LRP shitsec/non-captain-command mentality of "I can just kill them and revive them later".
It's pretty funny watching the Research Director have to explain why he's responsible for executing a permanently dead criminal who's only crime was secure trespass.
