The major thing with those, is they cook them as you order them. You have to wait to get them because they have to cook them, usually 5 minutes.

well technically of course they are, the difference is both have natural meat at KFC whereas other joints use different processed chicken for their nuggets than their tenders.
In all honesty, popeyes could just fry up some seasoned flour chunks or balls and just sell that and I guarantee you people would buy it. No meat required.
