- Just a quick comparison between 2 phones i own.
Incase u wondering why the Zink version aren't same , its because newer Zink only works on Snapdragon devices only.
Both devices running at 100% resolution and due to video editing , quality become worse somehow

How much fps without Shaders in SD888 ?
With Zink Vanilla - 40-55fps.
With HolyGL4ES (default) - 130-200fps.
Even without shader , zink renderer is very heavy.

Find any used Snapdragon 865/870 phones. Or if u lucky enough to find cheaper Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 , consider lucky.

Go for X6 Pro. Its the cheapest Flagship Killer phone u can buy. Although if you a emulator gamer , its not recommended cause it uses Mediatek CPU.
And if u want achieve highest FPS , use default renderer (Holy GL4ES). Dont use Zink cause its heavy even without shaders.
Stability>fps. Constant 60-120fps is better than short bursts of 400. Regardless, 400 wouldn't feel any different if your phone doesn't support 400hz-if that kind of phone even exists. Also, 400fps _might_ drains your battery faster.
@@m3xl330F5 is better, it has SD 7+ gen 2. While It's worse than X6P _on paper_ , but it has *much* better emulation support.
Yeah thats why i recommended most Snapdragon phones. 8300 sure is on par with 8 Gen 2 but it has terrible Vulkan processing.

The default works best on all devices. While Zink require mid to flagship phones to run. VirgL works on low end but not too optimized.
I used to have SD 845 phone too (Sharp Aquos R2). Although that processor its kinda too old , i suggest use default renderer.

@@NoobGamerBoy07 Nice. Both phone is currently the cheapest sd 8 gen 2 for now. I prefer Ace 3 than Neo 9 because Ace 3 has Pixelworks X7 Gen 2 Chip (similar to Iqoo 11 Q1 Supercomputing Chip).

Can it play smoothly without using optifine and it's all about Helio G99? Latest version is 1.21
Currently playing on tablet that has Unisoc T616, plays smoothly only the lowest settings. I will pawn it to buy a new tablet
It depends. Optifine really necessary to improve performances. But if you dont need it just use HolyGL renderer. Zink & Virgl are actually heavy since it consumes more graphical processes. (Higher OpenGL version.)
If you planning buying new device. As for Pojav which u wanna run shader freely , choose Mediatek since thier GPU support almost all shaders. But performance wise choose Snapdragon but shader choices are limited.

Uh 4g & 5g connection doesn't has to do with performance. And its already there SD 888 (5g) & Helio G99 (4g)
