It's funny how Gordon visits areas away from modern civilization and always has "delicious" on the tip of his mouth, because they cook with fresh ingredients much opposed to pretty much every restaurant that he had on Kitchen Nightmares.........
@@Ninjaananas True, but depending where you are it's costlier than these places which are next to the source oftentimes, to the point it's more expensive to get frozen. Most of the places in KM were such that they had to go through suppliers to get fresh produce, which is why switching to frozen seemed like a good idea financially. And why the ultimately failed, because frozen is not a good choice business wise. That's the difference between this show and KM and my comment wasn't that no one in modern civ uses fresh anymore, just that a lot of them switch to frozen thinking it's a good idea only to fail worse afterwards. So it's funny when you hear the stark difference between them when Gordon says delicious all the time in such backwater places yet in KM says the word so few times in the whole show you can count them on one hand most probably.
