Pro tip: if treasure floors have rocks, break them. Should be fast since there will only be a few and they are guaranteed to drop at least one ladder even though there is a free one, and just like every other ladder drop in the cavern it has 20% chance of being a shaft.

I have been playing Stardew for a few months (I actually played a while ago, and barely lasted into summer year 1 before I quit - my daughter convinced me to try again, and gave me a few good tips lol). Every time I watch a streamer or TH-camr, I feel like I really have no clue what I'm doing. After watching this video, I feel much better about my play. LOL

combat is the last skill i reach level 10 on in EVERY playthrough so i'm glad to see myself represented here
SAME tho I'm trying to reach perfection by the end of year 2 atm so I had to force myself to get better at combat. May have used a mod to pause time on another save so I could practice as long as I wanted heh heh, stardew days are just too damn short!
I still finished it last but not far off the others, I think by 3rd of fall 1 in this save 😀

I know for a fact that no one meant it that way, and I am sure that both of you and everybody in chat are amazing ppl, but I just wanna add: As a POC, the jokes about selling Maru (who is the only black woman in the game) just, idk, made me feel a bit lonely. Im not angry or offended, and not trying to cancel anybody. Ijust wish this would've occured to anybody, some awareness to keep everybody feeling welcome makes for a nicer community.
