There should be a competitive ( Tournament mode) where the levels for both sides are the same in regards of minis and adjust the turrets to their level. I pretty sure there’s a few players out there that don’t spend who I believe are better than Pay to win players.
Love the rumble cast, watched them all, keep it up! I don't think you need to filter yourselves to be only positive or anything like that. You are the public-facing community perspective for the game and I think many of us will feel validation or dissonance based on how you represent the game vs how we feel about it. I really appreciate your honest thoughts and as content creators, you have the ear of Blizzard so you can actually "represent" the players and help us ultimately lead to a better game. I definitely agree there is a line to being "overly negative" but I don't think either of you is anywhere near close to that (esp. compared to pretty much any other game).
Thanks for sharing this. It is hard for us to navigate this, we try to do our best. But sharing our opinion is really important to us. Glad that you feel this way.
Love the podcast❤ I'm not expecting Molten Core for season 3, more like season 5 imo. Only the whaliest of full launch players are close to being ready for MC, makes a lot more sense to release the new Zone or Dungeon first, as a majority of the player base will actually be able to engage with that content.
I understand that you guys recorded this episode before the whole fiasco started, but what Blizzard is doing to the difficulty of Arclight Surges and Dungeons is downright insane. Reddit is already full of crazy scenarios of what the AI is pulling off, so i'm gonna mention some of my own personal experiences: - playing at lvl 14 against the enemy lvl 14 Maiev Shadowsong Arclight stage with the modified level 16 Dragon towers, I was stomped by an endless spam of invisible units and unable to destroy any of the level 16 broken Dragon towers. On the 4th or 5th deck adjustment I finally cleared the stage. - the Dungeon level with the Murloc boss spams so many Kobolds that I have counted 4 enemy Kobolds at the same time on the map and spawning 3 Earth Elementals right on top of my tower. - the Dungeon level with the toxic boss and pools of poison in front of the side towers, the AI ended up pushing with 3 Gargoyles coming from all 3 lanes at the same time, and a spam of "smaller" minis (if you can call an Ogre Magi a smaller mini) The Difficulty ramp is atrocious and if they don't revert it within the next week, I am absolutely uninstalling the game.
In regular quests I seem to get whatever I play... the same units... played against me in spades. Switch decks and same thing, whatever I am playing but lots more of it.. I had a tough time with aa rend deck in a quest because it was spamming my own units back at me. So switched to Tyrian with his Footman, old reliable. But then scads of Footmen were coming at me from the AI. I am not on other social media but this seems new. And it is making quests harder. Am I crazy or is this a thing? @@Excoundrel
What position would you be in without investing money? You don't play against the best, you play against those who put in the most money, the PvP balance is ridiculous, there isn't competition, there isn't variety, there aren't good rewards ... The developers just want to take money from people.
First of all: I really enjoy your content as well as this more deep-down conversational format. As a guy in his mid-30s, however, I also think that the so called 'bug situation' has resulted in some very worrying reactions from Blizz as well as the playerbase. Blizz kinda threatened its playerbase for playing their game on that day. Taking their gold away afterwards only to pressure them into buying themselves back into being able to play. You can even read it in the comments under this video. Blizz's reaction to their own fuckup was already bad enough, but realizing that it apparently worked out for them makes me wonder if I'm the only one thats surprised why we dont see this getting more public attention.
I have already opened a ticket asking for a refund, the game is full of bugs, the pvp is very p2w starting at 3k with any leader, so many bugs is not a good sign for the future of the game, I will stop playing the game. There is no honor in a whale being in high ranks, as he got there by being a whale, obtaining a level advantage in his troops over other players.
@@ExcoundrelIt is the consumer's right to have a refund for having been unfairly punished due to a failure on the part of the supplier who did not test their producer before launching an update full of bugs and then wanting to punish.
Wtf is wrong with you? An unfair atvantrage ls ok in a !PvP! Game?? Its allteady unfair throw buying because its 80%miney and 20% skill. Thats bad enough. They had to reset the day vompletly but did nothing. All extra should be removed.
Sorry for the slow upload, am going to South africa on holiday today, expect slightly less frequent uploads!
I've been waiting for this! So excited to listen
I agree with Big Math. The PvP rewards are not worth my time ATM.
We said that a lot on the last couple of podcasts tbh
Hope they increase it ! :)
Btw about Taolad. If you check stats he got 8k wins so he was exping minis in PvP thats why he did not push ladder.

Thanks for getting this to us :-)

You guys call it quits? Have been hoping to see a new episode soon :)
I love the pve in the game and so stoked for the raid

@excoundrel are you and Big Math and TicTac all in the same guild?
Hello…? Anyone..?

I've seen a lot about this, do you think it's to encourage more spending?

Dragon towers suck for PVP. That's why people are playing again.
What position would you be in without investing money?

True of true.

I went 7K negative gold. Then I paid about $65 USD to get out of negative. This game is too fun and addicting to be mad.

As long as people give their money to Blizzard, they won't make any improvements and PvP will remain a total imbalance.
I had 2 units with talents facing into fully talented builds at 4k wtf

I'd be surprised if they gave a refund tbf

This game is the worst SCAM i have never seen
