Lovely video again. Those overgrown plots 😢 I love how you go over the little bridge to get to your plot. Reminded me to make some more comfrey feed too. Can you add your vegan omelette recipe to the description? I usually use tofu but would like to try mung bean. Have a lovely week 😊🌱 Oh and those endive/chicory seedlings looked SO healthy!
Thank you, yes we're very lucky with our allotment site, it's got the stream and woodland in the middle of it so it feels like we're in the countryside even though we're in the city. I've added the recipe to the description, I hope it makes sense, it's a very flexible recipe inspired by Korean mung bean pancakes. Those overgrown plots break my heart, there are three in a row with head height brambles. I feel sorry for the people with immaculate plots to either side, they must be constantly fighting back wilderness. I hope the chicory seedlings survive, like everything this year I grew them on as much as possible before transplanting to try and give them the best chance against the slugs! Thank you for watching and leaving me a lovely comment, I really appreciate it! 💚
