what is a soldier? who is a soldier? if this man took orders and executed the instructions of his c in c, then the blame should fall on the c in c and not a trusted soldier who was bred to serve his commander in chief or face the consequences of insubordination which would still be the death sentence he now faces. Security officers the world over are subjected to carrying out atrocities on behalf of national security. (deniable ops). His former boss is dead. wake him up and ask him or free him

@@drinkskhalifa7153 All militaries have disciplinary codes and military laws. These are the laws that are used to court martial personnel who breach them. Just like the commander in chief is not above the constitution, he or she is also not above these military laws. There is also the Geneva Convention Which I believe Nigeria is signed to.

@@ZeusRanger75 things you don't understand and is hard for you to understand is, all the victims of abacha regime were criminals because they were hunting him as well . It was the game of kill or be killed.
Abacha was a very clever man. He chose a man he could trust and ultimately manipulate for the position of chief security officer. Any military tribunal presided over by genuine officers will understand what did man did was carried out without malice but in respect of his duty. a soldier who asks questions is not a soldier.

The crop of officers and men of the Army today drag their feet in carrying out orders and interested in money, lifestyle. The intelligence possess by major Al-mustapha,Major seun Fadipe is needed in the country today for a robust security. The both should be reinstated and given the rank of course 28 and 30 respectively to serve for just 6month in the theatre. I believe there will be a tremendous Change in the tempo

we all look @ herrows,while not look @ the foundation, mistakes began when late gen abacha accepted to use his ex friend who was an incubent president security officials to work for him,we should all understand that people on the death role of the ex would still be targeted under his goverment. to me every power hunt person would defends his office including every readers of this note, al mustapha did his job accordingly,unfortunate they both allow an enemy of our nation as friend free him.
at last these man is free from prison after 15yrs inprisonment
