    I use goose feathers I just talked to other hunters at church and got people bring me left wings. Most people just thought it was cool that I could use the feathers so I've never had to even trade anything. They all just wanted to see pictures.

      Feathers are awesome, I really like keeping it simple, 3 years ago was the first time I killed a deer while using blazer vanes,

      Weather I shoot blazers or feathers I generally go with a helical since I have the jig for it, but if it helps, ever since I was born my grandpa fletched my arrows straight with a slight off set, I continued this for 20 years and now I use a blazer vanes helical jig or for feathers do a left wing helical or the straight offset, never had any problems
