U have any updates on these bars by any change? When we used to be there 8 years ago it was very busy every single day at both bars.

They seriously had speakers hanging outside with music so loud, that i needed to cover my ears when walking past. Just imagine staying at one of those hotels nearby. yes, i understand that the area is lively, but that should mean noise coming from inside the clubs IMHO. Anywa, great video again Joe. BTW, i only see clouds now, ill be surprised if it doesn't rain.
A clever move by beer bar owners would be to make all beer 49baht all day, all evening. The word would soon get around. Once they have a busy bar they could try to upsell with spirits, food, nice ladies etc. etc. But the Thai way is often to increase prices when they're not busy. This never works!
You would be mad to buy bar at this point , the industry has too many bars for current customers, new generation coming through and they live on phones , the old blokes are getting older and poorer…… 1plus 1 equals don’t buy bar
