WOW! what a fantastic colour and the finish is outstanding, don't think I've ever seen a powder coated finish look that good. Have to say that primer gives a good finish as well you could almost put the clearcoat on top of that and it would look nice. Thanks for doing these Mick I know video editing is a time consuming job 👏👍
Great video, thank you. I believe from various forums that it's very difficult to strip the coating on German wheels. Did you have the same problem with these wheels or are they after market?
Mick got a question for ya having an issue at work have you ever used a freilacka powder when it cures it looks overstoved and doesn't match the wet paint it's white and just don't look right any idea's
@@UniqueCoatings Cheers bud I'm having to fuck about with the wet paint to get a match the wet is made by a different company cromadex it's causing me shit bro 😢😢😢😢
@@UniqueCoatings Mick the finish required has to have a structured finish and only cromadex produce that paint it's proving to be a freaking nightmare getting a wet to match there powder when doing shop floor resprays 😢😢

Well some say I am but others tell the truth 😂 No problems mate hear you soon 👍
Those look well. I dont normally like gold wheels but they look very nice. I see what u mean about the depth in the final colour. Brilliant mate 👍
Thanks bud!
How is it possible to stick Powder Coat over epoxy?
Good question! But it is!
Why did you fully cure the primer coat? Should this not be partial cure to prevent intercoat adhesion issues and premature coating failure?
That is a myth. Fully cure every coat, no issues whatsoever and it is what the manufacturer states on datasheets.

Never had an issue

Looking nice. Is the wheels sandblastede or what kind of blaster do you use before powdercoat?
Everything gets blasted with 80 alu oxide
Fantastic work 👌👌
