Is interesting how a same tune doesn't sound the same at all in different forms of music.

    • @FacemeltingsolosMusic

Totally! Isn't is weid how all music is just organized sound waves, and all western music only has twelve specific tones, but just through texture and rhythm there's still a ridiculous variety? It's crazy how easy it is for our brains to distinguish between two sounds even when they're playing the same thing.

that 80s horror soundtrack sounds like technoir, and jackswing sounds like a few new vapor wave things,

Are you sure all these pieces can be considered a same melody? Even if played in different rhythms? I feel rhythm is part of the melody. Anyway spectre of styles and arrangements is impressive indeed.

    • @giacomomazzaro351

The melody is just a bunch of notes, then the rhythm and the armony chosen make the color of the song and let it sound different

I’m honestly blown away by how much talent you have - you have an incredible understanding and feel of so many drastically different musical styles, and the production/mixing of all the genres was spot-on. And not only that, but you filmed and edited this together in a pleasing and entertaining way. I mean, everything from the lighting, to the different outfits, to the facial expressions...everything. I can’t even imagine the hours you put into this. How this video doesn’t have well over 1 mil views is beyond me.

I can't believe this video was 4 years ago and today is the first time I see it! I came a little bit late but it's still a masterpiece and you're still a talented musician and this video is still underrated

It is evident how much effort must have gone into making this video. It's truly remarkable and amazing. This needs to be so much more popular than it is. Wish you all the best for your endeavours !! ❤️

I would like to see this with more modern genres - only a couple of these genres are still modern.

One small flaw with the ragtime one is that ragtime picks up tempo after the slow intro. It nearly always starts slow and ups the tempo.
