I’ve been going there for two years and I’m ashamed to admit that I just started taking advantage of classes. My solo routine has gotten stale, and the classes really help to hold me accountable and keep me from getting bored/skipping gym.
i joined LTF after watching this video.. this was my first class, while it was 14 below outside.. I can't move now, but have not worked out during cv19 :-(

The real yoga community will have a problem with the words you said , “I have no problem coming around grabbing your left butt cheek for you if you don’t know where it is” recently lots of heat coming down on yoga about abuse and sexuality. If a man said that we’d all be like creeped out, but even though your a hot woman and come across as being cut and clever with your words, you still should refrain from saying explicits. Johnny kest can verify this. I been teaching since 1994 and we need to protect the integrity of yoga not get all jib with language. A lot of yoga teacher go unconscious when talking. Less speaking is better. I have said some weird shit too occasionally, (I’m still waiting for the day shit bones instead of sit bones comes out of my mouth during class) but never reference sexuality in a public yoga space. One never knows who was abused and were all vulnerable in a yoga space. Please I hope you never grab someone’s ass in a yoga class. Let them find it on their own.
