Y'all need to re-watch when the HD version is processed - TH-cam shows a super low quality version until then. I'll set all future videos to release at a later time.

Another great video. Really enjoy Lewis River Falls. Can’t believe you were not in the middle of a hundred people swimming.

It was sunset- about 8pm. Everyone was having dinner. There were plenty of people earlier. Plus, the reservation system and it being a weekday kept the numbers down.

Hi James. Good video. My wife and I have been there several times to take photos after hiking in the water. Thank you for showing it from the top of the falls. My vote for the best photo is #3, since for me the interest is the mossy wall of cascading water, and the composition shows just enough of context. I don't need to see all of the context in #1 or #2, because seeing too much context takes away from what I really want to see. #3 gives me just enough context to compliment the subject. Thank you, Take care.

Great video and reminder that even on bright sunny days great images are achievable. I'll have to head down there someday, I've never shot the Lewis River (I'm in the Tacoma area). Thank you for the excellent video.

Hi James. #3 is better, the white foam, no details is a distraction. I could see some lovely, more intimate shots of the smaller cascades behind you as you were talking to us. Cheers from down under

Great video. I like Sunrise #2 the best. For me the little bit of the waterfall in the shot give the overall composition just a little bit more context than 1 or 3. But of course all three a great.

You should try shooting Curly Creek Falls on the Lewis River. It's a challenge.
