    I'm a Durban surfer for 35yrs plus , currently living in Johannesburg...
    I've only surfed J-bay three times , (every 10yrs ) and every time I had the same experience... the local surfers are the most relaxed and coolest guys , one can meet 🤙👍

      @j clm I surf maybe 3-4 times a year now since I live inland , my perspective might have changed... I just enjoy being in the water with my friends 🤙🏻
      P.s : maybe get a longboard? Sitting further out from the crowd, might give you a advantage in wave selection 😉

    Was it not called. Ferreira Town ? We surfed there in the late 60s and it was farmland with a few chickens running around 😂
