I used to read but during college I just stopped. It was like 6-7 years of barely reading anything. Then I got curious about Love Hypothesis on tiktok. I read it in one day lmao. After that I "remembered" the joy of reading and started reading again. I probably read like 25 books since then. I know LH is not that good and cheesy in hindsight but I got a soft spot for it :D
"Good" is subjective. If you enjoyed that book then you can say it is good and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Not every book has to have top-notch writing and unique plot to be enjoyable. Personally I read for fun and my own enjoyment. And I don't give a crap about people who give bad reviews or say that one piece of literature is just because they didn't personally like it or it wasn't their usual taste. Keep in mind that Jack isn't really a romance reader and probably is not in the target audience. Read what you want, you rock! 😊
Same! For example, I felt so relieved when he said he really liked It Happened One Summer, as if I needed his validation to keep loving the book lol, weird 😂
I had the complete opposite reaction to Book Lovers and It Happened One Summer. Couldn't even make it past the reading sample for the second one but absolutely devoured Book Lovers. It's funny how different tastes are
I think that if Jack read Book Lovers first, his opinion would be different, or if he read Bunny, then one of the romances, then My Dark Vanessa, then another romance. Every booktuber that I follow that reads romance didn't like It Happened One Summer that much (and one or two even DNF). I LOVED Book Lovers, I bought the English edition, and I'm gonna buy the translated version to my first language as well.
Same! I enjoy the hell out of Book Lovers. I don't hate It Happened One Summer but I genuinely cannot remember what it was. I really can't remember. it's that unmemorable to me 😭
for me, book lovers broke away from the typical trope because it was about finding or redefining love in more than one relationship. it was just as much about the sisters' relationship, if not more, than the romance itself. also being an adult woman with a younger sister made me get into my feelz.
I’m so happy you read My Dark Vanessa, I read it over the summer and it broke my heart and put the pieces back together again over and over. I’m so happy you liked it :)
okay The Love Hypothesis wasn't the greatest but i will give it props for getting me out of my reading slump 😅 it's one of those easy reading books i picked up with absolutely no expectations, just for fun
SAME it's been about five years since my "reading era" and a friend recommended me this book and after reading it i was like wow i don't remember reading being this fun lmao
My Dark Vanessa is one of the most challenging, but best books I’ve ever read. I think it does such an amazing job of showing how complicated it is being a victim of abuse. I also liked Bunny, but found I lost interest towards the end. The first few times she went to the bunny’s parties, I was so intrigued and was loving it
not gonna lie, most of the times when I read a romance book, I am absolutely in love with it and give it 5 stars, then the more I think about it how horrendously cringy some lines are, that I cringe so hard and I lower my rating :')
To me it's the opposite. Romance is hard to read and them somebody asks what is it about, and I think about the characters and only then notice how interesting it actually is.
i also disliked strongly the love hypothesis, i just didn’t see how they really bonded? the book felt so long yet i felt like i learned so little about the characters
I think fanfic just doesn’t translate well into published fiction. I’ve read some amazing fanfic but there’s something about fanfic-turned-books that makes them stick out - TLH, red white & royal blue, even if you can’t tell the fandom you can just /tell/
@@sunbeam42 I’m so so sorry you had to find out this way but it was a fanfic of the social network. Like the movie about mark zuckerberg featuring jesse eisenberg and andrew garfield 😭
Its poorly written thats why. I compared LH with the kiss quotient (more or leas same fake-dating premise) but the kiss quotient is objectively written better. The LH meanders and monologues and is just… childish. Really. Adults dont act this way highschoolers do. So thats why its awkward to read
My Dark Vanessa is one of my favourite books of all time. The subject matter is so incredibly heavy but so well done. I read it like a year ago and I still think about it to this day! Just an absolute masterpiece.
nah I read the love hypothesis, was so disappointed, couldn’t stop talking about how much I hated it so my mate snatched it from my room and set it on fire in her fireplace🙂
I feel like there's often good and bad book recommendations on TikTok. We all have our literary preferences, so it's best for us to read the blurb first before proceeding with further caution.
I read another book called the Love Hypothesis. At first I thought it was the same book but when I heard what was going in it I realised that they’re nothing to do with each other. The one I read was more comedic and was about the LGBTQ+ community and friendships and other things. The author was Laura Steven.
“If I had a nickel for every time …I would have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice” did Jack just seamlessly quote Dr Doofenshmirtz
i legit got the funniest ad break of all time omfg 3:00 Jack: "she'll have to sit on his LAP--" AD: [ sad tolling bells as a medley of stock photo people hold their heads distraught with the text "Jesus was alone too" ] Jack: "ON. His LAP"
The best fake dating trope story (movie) I've seen is in a CDrama, Upcoming Summer. I only realised it was a fake dating story the third time I watched it. It's not a book but the trope was really well written in that one.
I have always trusted Jack’s taste in books. But after everything he said about The Love Hypothesis, he’s on the very top of my TO BE TRUSTED list now.
i love the love hypothesis! yeah i can acknowledge that from a technical standpoint it's not the best piece of literature but i read it in a time when i was going through a lot of worries and stressful changes in university. it was so fun and easy to read that for a while i felt like i was back to being the young book-lover me instead of the depressed med student that i was who hadn't enjoyed a book in ages. after that my love of reading came back and i've read a couple more books since then (and life has been pretty uphill as well!). so ya this book has a pretty special place in my heart
As a biology major I loved the Love Hypothesis because of the lab references and just the fact that there’s finally a book about being a scientist who can experience romance that isn’t just having intimate relationships with your textbook. While I don’t agree with with Jack’s review, I do have to say that that lap scene was not it and so uncomfortable to read 🥴
Same I'm chemistry major wanted to switch chemistry to computer as i didn't wanted to pursue higher studies on chemistry now look at me preparing for PHD entrance😅
The Love Hypothesis is my comfort book. I read it knowing it was a rom-com, so everything "stupid" that happened in it made sense since it is not a serious or realistic book. It a "dumb reading" where you don't think about anything, appreciate Adam Carlsen existence, dream of coffee dates and learn more about Grad School's life, as concerned by this life people confirmed that it was astonishingly pretty accurate. However, I can understand why it isn't for everyone and people's negative opinions on it, since its quality's opinion is purely based on subjectivity for everyone, me included.
I think I manifested this video getting posted. I finished sobbing after Hamnet ended and I thought “god I need a pick-me-up, maybe there’s a new Jack video?”
It's so interesting, because I found myself SO much more invested in the Book Lovers couple vs It Happened One Summer couple. The former seemed more believable and what I liked is that she actually gave attention to the other characters (how the lead and her sister got along and exploring that relationship in depth), and I didn't like how the other characters in IHOS fell by the wayside a bit too quickly.
I totally understand how you felt after reading Book Lovers but I would really recommend Beach Read by Emily Henry, I feel like it's such an authentic story and the characters are really well developed, it also has a lot of the same elements that are in It Happened One Summer!
Bunny by Mona Awad is incredible and im so glad you liked it!!! the person who narrated the audio book is absolutely phenomenal and could not recommend it enough!
I absolutely loved my dark Vanessa when I've read it, it's so beautifully written and shows Vanessa's trauma and how it mainly started affecting her as she grew older...a triggering book but definitely a realistic one that shows the corruption of our society and the abuse of power.
Jack I love you sooo much… but you broke my heart when you said you hated the love hypothesis. Because I love that that book soo much, but I also love you and value your opinion sooo much
I think one of the reasons why Book Lovers is so underwhelming is because it’s marketed as a romance which is true but it’s mostly about the female lead’s (whose name I forgot) relationship with her sister, and also because it’s kinda meh. Beach Read still remains superior to me.
THIS THIS THISSSSS! This is my biggest complaint about the book! The book is about sisters! And they just forced the romance in! Kind of like little women if you think about it! If you have seen/read it! But I feel like the team knew it wouldn’t work if they didn’t market it as a romance book!
I was very excited to see your reaction to Bunny. Partly because I love the book itself, but also because it is a weird book. And I personally like weirdness in my books, but also vagueness. I don't want everything explained to me. And yeah, sometimes things are off the rails weird, and it is fantastic. I personally describe Bunny as a bloody axe covered with pink glitter, and it made me realise a subgenre that I do dig but it is hard to describe and hard to find books within it.
It hurts that you hate the love hypothesis.. I loved it.. However I am also in the same academic fields and therefore it's so fun to me. I am not on tiktok but I found it on the dutch version of amazone (bol) and the science aspect made me buy it and I loved it so much. Planned to read it on vacation but I finished it a week before I left for vacation
fake dating in modern settings just rarely make sense. It works for Bridgerton, I suppose, because it makes sense in the setting of the world, but nowadays "having to fake" being out on a date is just not realistic.
Omg I just finished “The Love Hypothesis,” and I love how much you hate it too 😂 I don’t usually feel that strongly about bad books, but this one really brought out a lot of feelings (and not good kinds.) Those are a few hours we’ll never get back…
I would absolutely love to see a video of Jack’s favorite book from 3-4 different authors. Like which Emily Henry book is your favorite? A Best of video if you will with mini reviews/ratings!
I've read all three of the romances and i think it's so interesting how taste varies because my favourite was book lovers by far i really enjoyed the way it was written and i liked the setting and characters and quotes while it happened one summer felt more bland (still fun to read though but i didn't like the main girl at times)!
I absolutely LOVED reading when I was young, the feeling of not being able to put a book down and being so engrossed in an imaginary world. It's a feeling that's so unique to reading. But I grew apart from reading since high school. From being too busy, seeing books as 'work' for school, and being distracted by other forms of media like TH-cam and Netflix, etc., I just didn't see the point in it. Then when BookTok became a thing, I was so curious that I started reading again. After years of not reading for fun, I read... wait for it... A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara... After all those years of not reading, it was honestly the best thing that could have happened to me. I've never felt happier in college since I started reading again, and a lot of it was because of social media and influencers like Jack Edwards who encouraged people like me to read again
"The love hypothesis" was the first book that got me into romance and one of my favorite's. 💀 I can't wait to read the rest of "It happened one summer" though! Im currently reading it right now!
I read My Dark Vanessa right after reading Lolita which was perfect timing for me bc otherwise I wouldn’t really understand the references. All in all, My Dark Vanessa is definitely a book I’ll take with me and will remember forever. It’s shocking that this isn’t a memoir and Vanessa isn’t real although I know unfortunately there is too many Vanessas out there that are and relate to this story. 💔
the only interesting moment in book lovers is when the main character's sister says that they remember their childhood very differently but nothing is done with that revelation at all ! i wish there had been more conversations around that
oh my god i’m so happy that you loved ‘it happened one summer’ !!! my favourite romance i’ve ever read and i honestly don’t think anything will ever beat it
i really liked Emily Henry's writing when i read Beach Read, i am now going to read Book Lovers and I don't know it already feels like it's not as good lol but i'm probably going to enjoy it anyways
It does baffle me that sometimes I agree with you so much for so many of your ratings and sometimes I completely disagree, I find it fascinating, but either way I still love hearing what you think about them
Thank you for reccomending Bunny! I read it this past week because of your video and I've been recommending it to all my friends since. That book is CAMP and its amazing for it.
i actually loved the love hypothesis bc its so cheesy and predictable, it felt lighthearted and fun to read after a reading slump but I 100% get your point
Istg you either love or hate "the love hypothesis". There's no in between and as embarassing as it might be, for me, it was an absolute banger. Gosh I'm in love with that book ;_;

Same, I love it and didn't find the lecture part weird and actually really felt kilig about it haha (I guess I didn't really care about the academic stuff and I was just focus on their relationship 😆) but I still love it despite hearing Jack's thoughts about it which makes sense.
My god, I am read My Dark Vanessa now and can I say, I’ve been trying to find books that keep me hooked after the first few chapters, books that make me feel like I'm experiencing what I’m reading, books that make you feel like you're watching it on your mind. This book is giving me that!! I've only started getting into reading recently for my educational growth, entertainment, and aesthetics, so finding books have been quite a challenge. I tried reading Lolita (I prefer profound, more controversial books as they tend to make me feel more intensely), but it was tough to continue. I got up to 10% of it and remembered there was a book that coincided with these themes. That, of course, was My Dark Vanessa. I’ve only had the book for two days, and I’m already 40% through the book!! It’s so beautifully written, and the imagery is fantastic. This isn’t a book I’m just reading for the sake of reading like I was with Lolita; I feel a lot of emotion towards each character. Now I won’t say how I feel as it might spoil the book, but this is a book I don’t want to continue reading because I don’t ever want it to end. This is a must-read!
Look. There's not a lot of stem romances and sometimes we just need that. Ali Hazelwood gets better. We get that The Love Hypothesis has issues, but we love it anyways
I’m so surprised you liked It Happened One Summer and yet felt disappointed with Book Lovers. Had the opposite experience here, but to each their own 👀 More Jack reading and reviewing popular books on booktok please!
Don’t come after me but I think “it ends with us” is another way to shed some light on abuse and it gives us the prespective on what it’s like to be in a abuisve relationship, some parts felt extremely relatable to me and even the authors note reminds me of someone I know who left to protect their kids from harm
Okay so same on Book Lovers. I struggled the whole book to like Nora and even felt like she was whiny at times. I will say though, that the last few chapters turned it around for me. Like you said I’m a sucker for those types of endings- and the magic happened for me. An original 2 star became a 4 star. What can I say? I’m a sucker 😊
I am giggling thinking about you loving It Happened One Summer and disliking Book Lovers. I DID NOT see that coming🤣🤣 You should read booktok-hyped thrillers...will be an amazing video
I personally LOVED The Love Hypothesis, but I do get your point about some of the cringy moments. I recently read Love on the Brain, and I liked that one even more! Sorry you didn't, but no worries :) I really want to read Bunny, It Happened One Summer, and My Dark Vanessa. You have just bumped all of those up on my TBR!
yess felt the same way! objectively LOTB is the better book, but the science in TLH just did it for me (whereas LOTB is more engineering which is cool too but biology just owns my heart) also a hot man dedicated to science 😮💨🥵

@@soumyatarinimishra5908 that scene was so horrible, so hard to get through. I also think I could never read the book again, it made me realize too many difficult things about myself. However, it is one of the greatest masterpieces I've ever read and I applaud the author for making it clear that they were NOT depicting a love story, but an abusive one.

Bro you are a real life saver ❤
I used to read but during college I just stopped. It was like 6-7 years of barely reading anything. Then I got curious about Love Hypothesis on tiktok. I read it in one day lmao. After that I "remembered" the joy of reading and started reading again. I probably read like 25 books since then. I know LH is not that good and cheesy in hindsight but I got a soft spot for it :D
Yeah,I get that. For me it's Book Lovers. It got me out of the reading slump and I love it.
Omg exactly the same for me too!
I totally understand because same here!!
SAME
"Good" is subjective.
I always feel validated when Jack highly rates a book I already had on my TBR, anyone else lmaooo
That’s me waiting for him to hate a book i also dislike so i don’t feel alone 😭
Same! For example, I felt so relieved when he said he really liked It Happened One Summer, as if I needed his validation to keep loving the book lol, weird 😂
@@irenehm I saw him loving the book a day before I started IHOS and it made me relieved that I may enjoy it too 😍
a romance book originally being fanfiction is a big red flag generally
Actually I have read better actual fanfiction then books which originally was a fanfic

I totally agree with you! It's so weird because I usually have the same opinions as Jack but
Yeah I enjoyed book lovers! Probably if Jack didn't read one romance book after another..
agreed, i thought jack would enjoy book lovers way more cos i loved it
Same! I enjoy the hell out of Book Lovers. I don't hate It Happened One Summer but I genuinely cannot remember what it was. I really can't remember. it's that unmemorable to me 😭
so nobody is talking about the iconic Harry Styles t-shirt he's wearing?!! WHERE DID YOU GET IT JACK?
Not me scrolling the comments just to see if anybody else had noticed
Omg same hahahah
Saammee
literally i came all way down to see any comment on it
Iconic? Haha ok, just a few years ago people would be bullied for wearing something like that to school 😅
for me, book lovers broke away from the typical trope because it was about finding or redefining love in more than one relationship. it was just as much about the sisters' relationship, if not more, than the romance itself. also being an adult woman with a younger sister made me get into my feelz.
I’m so happy you read My Dark Vanessa, I read it over the summer and it broke my heart and put the pieces back together again over and over. I’m so happy you liked it :)
Yes me too, heartbreaking, the way she thinks she is ‘special’ throughout the book too then realises she is one of many.
okay The Love Hypothesis wasn't the greatest but i will give it props for getting me out of my reading slump 😅 it's one of those easy reading books i picked up with absolutely no expectations, just for fun
Same here!!
The first few times she went to the bunny’s parties, I was so intrigued and was loving it
not gonna lie, most of the times when I read a romance book, I am absolutely in love with it and give it 5 stars, then the more I think about it how horrendously cringy some lines are, that I cringe so hard and I lower my rating :')
no shame in loving the cringe!
We are the same person bruh
To me it's the opposite. Romance is hard to read and them somebody asks what is it about, and I think about the characters and only then notice how interesting it actually is.
i also disliked strongly the love hypothesis, i just didn’t see how they really bonded? the book felt so long yet i felt like i learned so little about the characters
I think fanfic just doesn’t translate well into published fiction. I’ve read some amazing fanfic but there’s something about fanfic-turned-books that makes them stick out - TLH, red white & royal blue, even if you can’t tell the fandom you can just /tell/
@@ajknight8640 I don’t think red white and royal blue was a fanfic
@@sunbeam42 I’m so so sorry you had to find out this way but it was a fanfic of the social network. Like the movie about mark zuckerberg featuring jesse eisenberg and andrew garfield 😭
@@ajknight8640 Where did you read that?
Its poorly written thats why. I compared LH with the kiss quotient (more or leas same fake-dating premise) but the kiss quotient is objectively written better.
The LH meanders and monologues and is just… childish. Really. Adults dont act this way highschoolers do. So thats why its awkward to read
jack giving the love hypothesis 2 stars absolutely validated my feelings about this book
Jesus Christ

I feel like there's often good and bad book recommendations on TikTok. We all have our literary preferences, so it's best for us to read the blurb first before proceeding with further caution.
I read another book called the Love Hypothesis. At first I thought it was the same book but when I heard what was going in it I realised that they’re nothing to do with each other. The one I read was more comedic and was about the LGBTQ+ community and friendships and other things. The author was Laura Steven.
Is it worth the read?
@@anabashkimi4803 I’d definitely give it a reread if I didn’t have other unfinished books to read.😊
I read this one too! Wasn't what I was expecting at all but I'm glad I kept reading, it was really good in the end. :)
i love emily henry’s books and her writing and though your criticism may be valid, i will die on this hill
Me too! Beach read and book lovers are two of my favorite romance books I've read in the last few years.
i fear if u keep releasing these i’ll end up with way too many books on my tbr

“If I had a nickel for every time …I would have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice” did Jack just seamlessly quote Dr Doofenshmirtz
Yes he did and I was looking of this comment!😂
you chose looks she chooses books - all of us not just obsessed with reading but watching others read 😭
I love how he says he is scared to critique Booklovers but then proceeds to fully roast it for like an entire minute
as he should
i legit got the funniest ad break of all time omfg 3:00
Jack: "she'll have to sit on his LAP--"
AD: [ sad tolling bells as a medley of stock photo people hold their heads distraught with the text "Jesus was alone too" ]
Jack: "ON. His LAP"
Out of Context Jack Edwards: “If we don’t acknowledge the chaos, it’s not happening.”
He said the same thing that Cindy (read with Cindy) said, but she liked it, and he didn't, rating is s subjective
exactly..i trust his taste in books so damn much
i love the love hypothesis! yeah i can acknowledge that from a technical standpoint it's not the best piece of literature but i read it in a time when i was going through a lot of worries and stressful changes in university. it was so fun and easy to read that for a while i felt like i was back to being the young book-lover me instead of the depressed med student that i was who hadn't enjoyed a book in ages. after that my love of reading came back and i've read a couple more books since then (and life has been pretty uphill as well!). so ya this book has a pretty special place in my heart
On a side note, that Addison Raeting joke needs to be thrown away into a dark hole and never be seen again. -1000000000/5
Same I'm chemistry major wanted to switch chemistry to computer as i didn't wanted to pursue higher studies on chemistry now look at me preparing for PHD entrance😅
I also liked it🙂
Ahhhh Jack! I missed these types of videos
me too! i'm excited to film more stuff like this in the next few months :)
Jack absolutely wrecked me by recommending Hamnet and I love him for it
Hamnet HURT.
The review of Book Lovers is just so accurate. Not that any other review isn't, but finally somebody said what I wanted to for a long time.
I was gonna buy the Love Hypothesis book cuz of all the hype. Thanks to this video I can now save my money.
Good choice, don’t buy it! I did and i still regret it😂
she's a real one for that
If you're interested in reading fanfiction you can find better ones than the love hypothesis
It's more of like wattpad smut.
Bro if u wanna read smit u gotta read a funny one. Like lines like there's no chair u gotta sit on my face or smth. Weird, toxic smuts turn u off.
Except it’s way better than It Happened One Summer lol
Bunny by Mona Awad is incredible and im so glad you liked it!!! the person who narrated the audio book is absolutely phenomenal and could not recommend it enough!
Here we gooo, I'm loving all these videos
PS: CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR AWARD JACK! YOU DESERVED IT BOY
I can always trust your reviews, I hated Book Lovers. “so aggressively average” sums up the experience. I had such high hopes but they’re were CRUSHED
Excited to see what you think of Bunny! I need to re-read it for this season
Glad you enjoyed it!!😂 that book is definitely a fever dream, and just…wild
I absolutely loved my dark Vanessa when I've read it, it's so beautifully written and shows Vanessa's trauma and how it mainly started affecting her as she grew older...a triggering book but definitely a realistic one that shows the corruption of our society and the abuse of power.
Jack I love you sooo much… but you broke my heart when you said you hated the love hypothesis. Because I love that that book soo much, but I also love you and value your opinion sooo much
SAME!
When Jack was explaining the storyline of My Dark Vanessa, it gave me literal goosebumps.
we hypothesised the book was good. our hypothesis was wrong.
The love hypothesis defence club!! It wasn't made to be a literature masterpiece lmaoo its just for fun
I LOVED Bunny. I ended up finishing it months ago and it hasn't left my mind. It is such a fun read.
Oh the dream to have a job as cool as yours reading books for life, I’m cherishing each video you make & your synopsis are always ever so helpful!
Omg I just finished “The Love Hypothesis,” and I love how much you hate it too 😂 I don’t usually feel that strongly about bad books, but this one really brought out a lot of feelings (and not good kinds.) Those are a few hours we’ll never get back…
CONGRATULATIONS! So proud of u for getting the award!!
I have terrible anxiety and reading helps do much. While I'm absorbed in a book my brain isn't tormenting me.
"The love hypothesis" was the first book that got me into romance and one of my favorite's. 💀 I can't wait to read the rest of "It happened one summer" though! Im currently reading it right now!
Same! I read it in one day because it was so good.
Sameee
Literally HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS MAN???
"If we don't acknowledge the chaos, it's not happening"

Thankyou for unintentionally agreeing with me on book lovers. I was confused why it was so hyped and also scared about saying anything at all.
Yes!! Embrace the cheesiness and enjoy the books!! 😊 To me, bunny was somewhat of a feverish dream/nightmare, and dark Vanessa just broke me
i actually loved the love hypothesis bc its so cheesy and predictable, it felt lighthearted and fun to read after a reading slump but I 100% get your point
Istg you either love or hate "the love hypothesis". There's no in between and as embarassing as it might be, for me, it was an absolute banger. Gosh I'm in love with that book ;_;

I can’t like listen to art while I clean I need fanficsh stuff it’s great it’s either that or true crime and somehow I’m all out of TC
Same, I love it and didn't find the lecture part weird and actually really felt kilig about it haha (I guess I didn't really care about the academic stuff and I was just focus on their relationship 😆) but I still love it despite hearing Jack's thoughts about it which makes sense.
Totally agree with what you said about the love hypothesis.
Also the scene when he pushed that track was so stupid i literally hated that scene
15:17 I need to know how you're preparing your toast 😳
Just today I was thinking to start with something new and the notification of this video popped up !❤️
Look. There's not a lot of stem romances and sometimes we just need that. Ali Hazelwood gets better. We get that The Love Hypothesis has issues, but we love it anyways
I’m so surprised you liked It Happened One Summer and yet felt disappointed with Book Lovers. Had the opposite experience here, but to each their own 👀
More Jack reading and reviewing popular books on booktok please!
LOVING THE HARRY STYLES SHIRT JACK!!!!!
My favourite thing about moving to London is managing to watch Jack's videos as soon as they're uploaded lmao
