  • Lately we have been checking out a lot of different workstation components, like keyboards and lighting, now let’s cover sound. With modern monitors getting slimmer and cheaper, we find that sound becomes an afterthought and build-in speakers are terrible or flat out missing. I can understand why, as gamers and, well.. actually most people right now have transitioned to using headphones for privacy and just for overall comfort so general speakers are not required as much.
    But from time to time you get tired of headphones, maybe you are collaborating with someone on a project or simply want to blast some music while rocking out and cleaning the house. This is where Pebble v3 comes in. These USB speakers look to be a good bang for the buck - let's find out if that is the case.

    I have a little confusion on AUX-in connectivity part as if I'm connecting to PC with AUX-in cable simultaneously should I also need to plug into power adaptor?? my problem over here is different since my motherboard supports DTS spatial audio its working only through 3.5mm jack when I connect through USB it doesn't recognise my speaker previously I was using pebble V1 which was already came with 3.5mm jack.

      hey, you need to plug in usb for power and then use 3.5mm for audio if you would prefer.

      @@Arno641 you can choose to use either one to play music. I suspect USB would have more functionality

    Hey. Lovely review. I have a question. I have Lenovo IdeaPad 500 laptop n its 3.5mm jack is broken. I was looking for an external soundcard but then decided to buy a usb speaker instead. I dont have usb c port built in the laptop. Will this work with old usbA port in my laptop. (I cnt use 3.5mm audio cable)

    I bought the Bluetooth version for my new Mac mini because they matched the aesthetic and I wanted to ditch any unnecessary wires. I was wholly unimpressed by the sound and returned them the next day. I busted my old pair of Bose Companion 2s out of mothballs, and they sound worlds better.

    If they were the same price, which would you recommend, the v3 or the Pebble Plus?

    • @A2KMedia
      @A2KMedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      if you need deeper sound and have extra space around then plus would produce it due to included sub. if you want a small system that delivers great results then v3 is perfect for that

    Speakers are great but I don't know why it makes some hissing noises when it is idle. Is this normal?

    • @A2KMedia
      @A2KMedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      they shouldn't. check that you have clean power - try different power sources and see if you can connect them via usb rather than 3.5 mm jack

    Best bang for the buck pebble serie (maybe of PC speakers). Not much more expensive than even the V1. But, at that price, put your expectations according to that. Not excellent or very good speakers but good. But with an excellent price/quality ratio.

    Fais nous une vidéo sur les Alder Lake de Intel, zen 4 et RDNA 3 de AMD qui sortiront cette année, j'ai entendu qui seront compatible avec la DDR 5 et les SSD Pcie 6.0
    .Pourquoi les PC portable gamer n'embarque pas les 6900xt, les RTX 3090 et les dernières SSD Pcie 4.0 ?
    Pourquoi la majorité des puissants PC portable gaming embarque toujours les processeurs Intel et pourtant ceux de AMD est meilleur ?
    Merci beaucoup à l'avance

    got them today after returning the Logitech Z200, the Pebble v3 are like 5€ more expensive but the sound quality, design and features are so much better (dont buy Logitech Z200, they are beyond garbage)
