I'm ignorant as any man of color that wasn't treated right by history, so excuse my stupidity if you will, but my question is does this apply just to attorneys or is there a more lenient requirements for pro se?
Asking because I'm sure district court is laughing at my pleadings, but I'm sure I didn't put these in order or title as such, tho I'm at the end of discovery and I'm sure I'm getting a summary judgment motion soon...
My second question is does Trinsey vs pagliero truly negate such motions by council, or is this another unfounded sovereign citizen claim and reading the case wrong?
I read the case and it seems legit, but suing state actors in federal court doesn't sit well, so I can't depend on faulty claims, my only saving grace is I have video evidence, but I'm garbage in the education department, self admitted,
My mother was murdered in front of me as a child and messed with my head and school back then, I'm not super stupid but I'm not attorney smart...
    I appreciate your time...
