A dealership and my fathers coworker frauded my father from his lack of english, his coworker covinced my father by making my dad feel sorry for him, wife was under his car loan as a cosigner supposedly, he said she was suing him to get out of that contract so my dad wanted to cosign for him to get out. But my father didnt know that his coworker and the dealer made a deal and fradulently made the contract as my father the buyer of the vehicle and his coworker the co-owner. They misrepresented his address email address, salary, how long he had lived in that address, and his maritial status. My father trusted his coworker as he spoke his language and explained to him that this was just a cosign. What can we do in this situation?

In Nebraska, there is no statute of limitations, but they still wouldn't prosecute. He knew how old I was, and there were witnesses to attest to that before and after, including the judge who married us and the healthcare professionals that delivered our child.

I think that it's insane that the statutory rape laws in the u.s are that thin, because it pretty much means that almost all sex related things are criminal acts, like lets say that a 17 year old girl named Beatrice who was held back due to learning difficulties and who's living in a state were the age of consent is 17 years of age, and she finds out that her 16 year old best friend Melanie (who has been homeschooled by strict old fashioned parents who thinks that such things like sex should remain a mystery until the wedding night) has never masturbated before. So during a visit to Beatrice place she asks Melanie if she wants to learn how to masturbate. Melanie agrees so Beatrice takes of her pants and underwear and first show Melanie what the vagina looks like as well as it's parts and their functions. And after that she tells Melanie to take off her pants and underwear and copy what she's doing with her hand. Now fast forward a couple of weeks Melanie is naked in bed around bedtime enjoying her new hobby and her mom walks in catching her redhanded, Melanie tell her mom that Beatrice taught her how to masturbate. I think it's insane that Beatrice can go to jail for exposing herself to minor and instigating her into a sexual act.
