- A great park for a day trip or RV camping, Blanco State Park sits on both sides of the scenic Blanco River. Blanco State Park is a Civil Conservation Corp (CCC) era park located about 50 miles north of San Antonio. In this video, we visit the day use areas and the campground and show you our preferred campsites. Verizon cellular service clocked in at 44.3 Mbps download speed and 6.34 Mbps upload speed. Do we have to pay to enter? I am planning a trip here because its close by and beautiful but im not sure if we have to pay for the parking by the electricity plugs and all that good stuff.
Texas State Parks charge an entrance fee. We purchased an annual Texas State Parks Pass which was reasonably priced. The pass is available online along with pricing.
