I feel like living in the moment is not something you try to do. It's more if a flow state. Personally I think any activity that requires focus can be a flow state and that is the purest form of living in the moment. I don't think that thinking about the past or future is a bad thing either. I'd say just don't get too caught up in thinking about it. I wouldn't recommend trying to "trick yourself into being in situations where I have to be in the moment". I feel like thats just over thinking the whole process which doesn't require thinking because it's just a flow state. It's kind of like dancing. If I think about dancing it feels hard to force myself but if a song comes on and I like it I will dance without thinking about it. If all that makes sense. Sometimes I get anxiety which I guess can technically can get in the way of "living in the now" so I feel where you are coming from in that sense. :)

For some reason, this film feels way longer than 25 minutes. Definitely captures the essence of surfing and snowboarding. Killer soundtrack as well!🙌
