Anti COVID-19 (Dr. Mario NES hack)

- Yes really. This is a hack of an older hack called Anti SARS, which was a title hack of another hack called Computer Hospital, which was a hack of the NROM pirate version of Dr. Mario (hence the missing cutscene graphics and virus animations)
Captured from the Subor (小霸王) Q6 handheld console using AV out.
This console was made around 2022-2023 and most of the games on it have the name "Timemax" added to them. For once I think Timemax might have actually made this hack (as in this Anti COVID-19 version specifically, not any of the previous hacks it was based on), since it was obviously made very recently and it's a fairly minor modification of Anti SARS, only changing the title and swapping out some computer imagery for pictures of lungs.
