I see them as to look at your training and lifestyle as a whole and make the adjustments necessary like a mile stone point well this is how summer went now it’s time for the winter arc what was done well what wasn’t what can be improved on. Obviously work hard as consistency is key to everything, but it’s more like a milestone to re evaluate to move on to the next phase. My opinion is they’re only for losers who jump on the trend do it for three weeks give up then say the same thing New Years then the Same thing for Summer. Also as Winter Arcs are a trending topic right now it’s a great time to use this idea to get in the algorithm and promote your content products ect.
@@Arronadamson As you even said in the video you should love it because they will never achieve what they expect making us hopefully higher value people in the end in all aspects as people like us can easily surpass them. 💪🏻
I like to think as my progress as the stock market. Ups and downs, but trending upwards over time. Anything too extreme upwards becomes a bubble that bursts, it never lasts.
@@Arronadamson Well, I'd say forget about the 'losers', and 100% focus on what you're doing. Would you still be making this video at 60 years old when you've matured a bit?
True words brother
Always brother🤝🏼

Yeah I agree, I just hate how people get motivated temporarily. Becoming the best version requires work all through the year!
