Dmg number will differ a lot with and without buffs, one doing higher dmg with buffs might do even same as white tessal or even less cuz of higher/ lower base atk and weapon passives, this is why a support include showcase is better
a bit late on this but here you go. Weapon : sapwood blade as 4 star or if you have energy issues then favonius. Mistsplitter or aquila favonia for 5 star artifact: noblesse oblige Ofc for talent prioritize burst. I mean crown him XD get C5 if you don't like his C6, for me I like his C6 but if you don't then you don't have to. Hope this helps

her signature would still be better. Though if you also have hu tao then homa is more versatile
Go for homa as it's passive is universal and pretty versatile for value
