I read a translation by doolsetbangtan on twitter that it is the sound of someone clearing their throat to EDUCATE them. In English it's "Ahem," but in Korean they pronounce "Ehem" but it sounds more like "ihab" because the m and b in Korean kind of flow a bit. Also J-Hope's satoori :3

In the lyrics, the ahem is impression of a Seon-bi clearing his throat before giving someone a lesson like his better than the listener(in this case, BTS).
Ahem is kind of like when you trying to clear your throat to get someone’s attention or in this case could mean also to express disapproval as what this song is about in some of the meanings

I am Korean. Ehem or ahem is sound whem you clear your throat. This song is essentially saying that some people act so holier than thou that they feel like they need to "educate" other people. Someone's advice or benevolence can be hurtful to other people if you do it in a ragy/bad way.
People clear their throat when they want to interrupt or show disapproval. So that's what the ahem means in this song. You go ugh(angry) and you clear your throat as if you are the better one(ahem)

I'm a Korean, there's a misunderstanding about what "UGH" means. "UGH" sounds like "ook" not "uh", it means kinda 'sudden anger', so "go ugh" in lyric is a VERB which means 'lose one's temper suddenly'. Boys are criticizing about ppl's anger on cellabs and also hating on them. (2 very famous female singers in Korea committed suicide last year due to the stress from their evil haters, I'm sure they got influenced by that with the lyric) "Ehem" is throat clearing sound we use for "OLD" people in Korea. we don't use it for young people. from 4:50, Suga is immitating what some old and high people around them are saying to them about the stress they get, they say like it's nothing.........
