My mom almost aborted me too but kept me at the last second instead. She said it was the best decision she ever made. She had an abortion before me, but something told her to keep me no matter what. I never considered myself pro-life until 2013. My first niece was born and I held her within hours. It boggled my mind that a lot of people thought that the day before, she wasn’t considered a human. Just a few weeks before, my sister could’ve killed her. Heartbreaking.
It's not every day I would choose to go see a movie that I know would make me cry. Even before seeing this, I made it clear that if I got a girl pregnant (the plan is for after marriage and when we know we have enough to take care of a family) but if there was a slip up, I'd never encourage an abortion. I would be there as a husband and a father. These people who are so ready to tell a baby, "You do not have the right to live," who do not hesitate to attack women and male pro-lifers in the streets, these people could never understand how life is a gift. How each breath of air, how each beat of a heart, is not to be taken for granted. Who are we to tell someone, "You do not have the right to be born," when we could have been in such a position ourselves? It takes a heartless monster to murder a child, inside or outside the womb. People can attack movies like this for the acting or the story direction but it should not be attacked for its subject matter. I never considered myself pro-life until 2013. My first niece was born and I held her within hours. It boggled my mind that a lot of people thought that the day before, she wasn’t considered a human. Just a few weeks before, my sister could’ve killed her. Heartbreaking.

It's not every day I would choose to go see a movie that I know would make me cry. Even before seeing this, I made it clear that if I got a girl pregnant (the plan is for after marriage and when we know we have enough to take care of a family) but if there was a slip up, I'd never encourage an abortion. I would be there as a husband and a father.
These people who are so ready to tell a baby, "You do not have the right to live," who do not hesitate to attack women and male pro-lifers in the streets, these people could never understand how life is a gift. How each breath of air, how each beat of a heart, is not to be taken for granted. Who are we to tell someone, "You do not have the right to be born," when we could have been in such a position ourselves? It takes a heartless monster to murder a child, inside or outside the womb.
I thank God for everyone who is ready to stand up for a child's right to live.

People can attack movies like this for the acting or the story direction but it should not be attacked for its subject matter. Abortion is not pleasant and people are in denial if they think the baby cannot feel anything when in the womb. Unless someone has actually seen an abortion through the womb like Abby has, people should think twice before saying that abortion is right. Just like there are TV episodes out there that show people having abortions and those episodes get praised for its honesty, movies like this towards pro-life should do the same thing. It's not fair that this country has become so communist where we have to have only one way of thinking. We should have a difference of opinion and not be attacked. Just like I hope I won't be attacked for this post.

I saw the movie today I wanted to cry on some scenes of the movie.. it touched me ..at first I was confused about abortions.. weather I was on the right choice or not .. I wasn’t against but part of me was because in my heart I felt like it was wrong.. I did see a lot of forgiving.. nonjudgment from this movie.. it’s made me see a lot from this.. I wasn’t going to watch this movie because I wanted to be lazy and stay home but my mom was like come watch the movie with me .. so I give in.. I’m glad I watched the movie today. Made me realize we should be more forgiving... it was a great movie. I’m glad I watch it and one day I wanna show my kids this movie.. I wanna let them know there lives was a gift for me and for god.. there here for a purpose.. that’s if one day I ever be come of a mom ...

My mom told me that she tried to abort me until I was almost 21.
It broke me but I could see the hand of God all along in my life ♥️ and my mom is a God loving , humble woman who is obsessed with giving and helping. She just didn’t have my family’s support and my dad was scared too but the doctor was pro-life and stopped them right on time 😭

The money I spent buying a ticket for this movie was originally intended for me to watch Captain Marvel. But when Brie Larson decided to use her mouth as a way to vilify an entire demographic of innocent people, I decided to save that money to buy a ticket to see Unplanned instead. Thanks Brie Larson, for convincing me not to watch your film and instead watching a movie that TRULY shows the courage and determination of a woman!
Wow, I don’t watch TV but I’m shocked that Fox News is highlighting this movie. Abby Johnson is a fiery woman on the forefront of the Pro-Life movement. I can’t wait to see this movie. Abby will certainly give the new PP president a run for her money. We need to be praying for the lives of the unborn!

To say that taking this role "was a big risk" or that she was in danger of being "blacklisted" from acting is being a bit dramatic (no pun intended!). Seeing as how she works exclusively in Christian films, if anything her star will rise and this film will put her in solid A-lister status for her chosen genre.
