About this circuit:
Monza is regarded by many as the embodiment of Formula One racing.
Not only is it a fantastic example of a track that combines speed with skill, it also has a heart and soul all of its own. It has seen some of the finest races of all time, but also some of the sport's worst accidents. The names of great drivers and the sounds of engines from years gone by linger in the grand old trees surrounding the track in the royal park.
Work began on the circuit in 1922 and was completed in under six months. After Brooklands in the UK and Indianapolis in the USA, it was the third permanent race track in existence. With a banked oval incorporated into the design of the road racing circuit, the total track length stood at a whopping 10 kilometres.
Formula One racing visited the circuit as part of the inaugural season in 1950, and it has remained a permanent fixture on the calendar ever since.
Over that time, Monza has borne witness to an incredible list of historic moments, famous victories and horrifying crashes. All combine to make it one of the most magical places on the Formula One calendar. For many there is nowhere that encapsulates the sport better than this circuit. The Italians call it 'La Pista Magica', the magic track, a description few would disagree with.

It's just sad how the AI doesn't try to block when you dive them the first couple of braking zones at the first lap
Taking over so easily takes out the magic of racing. Hope CM will look into it in one of the updates they will certainly release in the future.
This may be on an easy difficulty, I've heard the AI can be very aggressive in 2016 compared to other racing games.
If they've managed to make it "realistically" aggressive then that would be nice!

I think you can benefit from shifting down to 4th gear on the first Curve di Lesmo. You do it on the second one and it works out great. I understand they are not identical turns, but very similar. Great race and video. Keep it up!

This is the best ever Virtual race from Kimi's view surely. Super DRS work and low on fuel in the last lap along with a terrific fight with Bottas and Collision with Hamilton. What else do you need for an Dramatic Race ?

At 49:19, you switch from a rich fuel mixture to a standard fuel mix. As soon as you do this, your engineer suggests to run a faster engine mode. However, I didn't see you switch back to rich fuel mix. Doesn't he mean that you can afford to switch back to a rich fuel mix for a bit longer? A little confused here. Can you shed some light on what's going on here, or why you chose to stick to standard fuel mix? By the way, very good driving considering you use the PS4 controller. I use the Logitech G920 for my PC, and the difference in my lap times since switching from my gamepad to the wheel are night and day. Even then, you are a much better driver than I am. Thanks!

You can use a regular controller.
How did Hamilton managed to get ahead of you? Did he undercut you? Then why was he only using the soft tires in the race?

So, what's your take on that moment on turn one against hamilton, you feel like you left him enough space? It looked to me like you left him enough room to make it not your fault but still squeezed him. what could hamilton have done?
Yeah I thought I had left enough room for him to make the corner, but I was giving him as little room as possible of course! Apparently I just didn't give enough room for the AI cars to be able to handle it. I'm still bummed though, it was a great battle! Oh and what he could've done? Slow down and take the corner in first gear haha but joking aside I guess I should be giving the AI a bit more room from now on.
