He’s on testosterone! I’d highly recommend going on test as you age, is helps you keep the energy levels and hormone balance you had in your 20’s! It sort of keeps you young? It’s not abusing test, it’s just keeping yourself in the hormone levels when you were young
@@mullerszable testosterone overuse can age you. But when it’s used at normal natural levels, with doctor supervision, and given when you naturally lose it, it’s purely benfifical
@ yes but not everyone needs it. We have evolved to have gradually reduced testosterone as we age. A doctor who is ethical will not prescribe testosterone unless you are below the normal range for a male of the patients age. If they do T levels will be too age and accelerated aging will occur. This is what I got from listening to the Huberman Lab podcast. So what I’m saying is TRT(if he has any) is not keeping Jeff looking young but his clean living consistent lifestyle for all his life is.
@l.mariea7672 Do it barefoot and ground yourself, then gently do it. Give it time. It is the most natural little kids squat they do it for hours while playing. Miracle for bladder, sciatic, and pelvis. 100%
Its only to form a habit that they say this; once it's in your head it's possible to have a tool kit if bits that you mix and match for your own needs for the rest of your life as your body ages, changes develops etc
I completely believe everything Jeff says, he's an honest guy. That means he's all natural. And when you are super consistent with your nutrition and workouts it's only natural to be super fit. He probably dyes his hair, and that's all good.
This is an awesome movement that felt amazing. I practice yoga regularly, and not one teacher taught this movement as clearly as you did here. Thank-you!!!
I remember seeing this in an older video you posted and lost track of it. This is so helpful. Please make more shorts like this about golden advice from older videos
I used to be extremely flexible but now am losing that and not wanting to destabilize my ankles knees and hips. So I’ll take it easy on them for the next 90 days to see how much I can regain.
Also try knee-past-toe lunges if your mobility allows it! My restriction is ankle mobility, which prevents me from getting my heels on the floor in a deep squat. The lunges, squatting and mobility exercises have helped a lot in my life.
Try downward facing dog and sun salutations. Nice to incorporate with warrior poses for an early morning thigh, ankle and back wake up, and mobility enhancer. Throw in twenty Hindu squats, and your ankles will be like butter inside a month. I'll be incorporating this thoracic rotation into my early morning deep squats.
Yesssssss, this stretch is helping me release some pain I’ve been having for the last couple weeks! It’s hitting perfectly the area I’m hurting in and feels so good, I feel like you owe me child support! 😂
Funny I was doing yoga and core workout and was like how come i don't see other ppldoing these odd stretches. Now I will focus more on just my strech. Good video
@@thesoundmajors9097 He can't squat flat on his feet even while wearing shoes with elevated heels and he can barely reach straight up in a deep squat. It's hilarious coz the the guy is a qualified physiotherapist with a fitness youtube channel and it appears his mobility is quite poor.
@dab88 it's quite average really for middle aged man who trains hard on bench press, pull up, dead lift, chin up dips press ups and all weighted as he claims, then doesn't stretch as much as he should because he has a family, runs a business, makes videos all day 😂😂 the only fellas who do this with ease do yoga or do focused mobility sessions 2/3 times a week Consistently....I didn't bother till my 40s and started training boxing at 11 wieghts at 19 The importance of the rehab side comes late to a lot of us Unfortunately
Love it, do you have anything for back of neck pressure, from traps? The muscles on the front of my neck mess with my nerves and dealing w electronics, cant ground or something.
Update ya shoes Jeff. We living in an age of biomechanically optimal footwear and you'd be a great ambassador for the movement.. everyone needs to rediscover the prowess of their feet!
I sorted out a real nasty sacro iliac pain a few years back doing this. Had a tight groin which was tightening my hip like a shoe lace at the front, causing over tension at the sacro iliac joint at the back.
If you combine the goblet squat stretch with the world’s greatest stretch this would likely be what it looks like. Both of those are great for mobility so I assume this one does as well.
I have watched his videos for 10 years and not once has he aged
That's a diet of cocaine, 40 ciggies a day and the recommended 2 litres of vodka and coke a day does wonders for you

@@booker4984not true at all testosterone ages you. Like when testosterone is peak as a teenager when you age rapidly through puberty.

I do all Jeff's morning recommendations. When I'm done I have a midnight snack and go to bed. 😂
Bahaha. So true
Lmfao
😂😂😂
It’s almost midnight when I found and doing this now lmao.
lol
It is an amazing stretch, I have done all year in 2024. No more sciatic nerve attacks.
Amazing 🤩 That is awesome!
Wow thank you for sharing that!! Will try. I’m afraid I’ll tweak my back attempting to do this 😂

Thanks for sharing I'm going to try this for my sciatica. Do you switch sides? He also didn't say how long to hold it for
I've started doing this stretch in the mornings and it does wonders for my hips, Thanks Jeff.
Added to my playlist of "DO THIS EVERY DAY!" Jeff workouts. I'm running out of hours in a day to do them all....
I religiously do this and the other few stretches he recommends. Has helped me a lot with chronic back pain. Highly recommend.
If I were to do everything TH-camrs say I should do every morning....id have to quit my job

You're arms are amazing Sir! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
First time someone actually shows how to do it properly! Thank you!
This has been one of my favorite stretches in the morning and before bouldering. Impressive that he can keep his heels on the ground.
Give thus man an award
His arm's are enormous!
I just made a similar comment!
Awesome, been looking for mid back stretches for long time❤
I love that rotation❤
“Jeff, are you ready to shoot the next video?”
“Yeah, just let me take my shirt off”
Love you Jeff.
I did this stretch during one of Apple Fitness' yoga programs- it definitely zaps away lower back pains and keeps it away for a day or so.
Love it! I needed this stretch for that area on the back❤
Wow what a stretch !
I've got the same rug! ❤
I just tried it. Wow what a relief
Where was your relief?
I can barely do this during the day. It will be a challenge in the morning.
Wow what a great tip from a great athlete
Mean exercise, I've been doing it every day for the last 4 years. Love your tutorials Jeff 💪
Omg I have to rush home and do this! My lower back is so tight and this stretch looks shading 😂❤
I couldn’t do that!!!! Even with practice. Well maybe 2 yrs of practice. lol
Please make more shorts like this. A lot of stuff I've been following for years in your videos, I lose track of. This makes it helpful
If you can do the squat and nothing else you’re still way ahead of a lot of people.
Luv this man

Oh thank the lord i needed this one

Doing to start doong this within minutes of hopping out of bed, thanks Jeff!
Thanks for sharing. Wonderful stretches.
Can't wait to try this!!! :)
Sharing with my husband- thank you!🎉
I was definitely distracted by two things, mic lasso and veins on top of his veins... I missed what he said. 😂
I try just a little , is first time I saw the , and I noted it is really good, I’m going to star since today
Great video

Great video, Jeff! This an Indian Yoga pose done from the beginning of time
Very good 👍
Excellent!
Awesome. Amazing stuff. I'm down here now but how do I get back up?
This man has muscles in his face
This stretch is good for a beginner ?
Yes 👍🏼
I just tried this and it was embarrassing how little I could go
And what do you do if one side is extremely limited compared to the other side?
Do it twice on your tight side 🙌🏽
Awesome, thanks for sharing.
Gonna try in the morning 🌄... Regards from India Goa 🤗
What's life like in Goa these days? It looks beautiful, I'd like to visit someday.
Jeff struggling with this is hilarious 😂😂
If Jeff's struggling then you know it's a genuine challenge

All his 'morning routines' will keep you busy all day long 😂😂
In case anyone is wondering, or if you're like me, & journal your exercises, I believe this is called "the world's greatest stretch".
really??!! i thought "the world's greatest stretch" was a deep lunge and reach, not squat and reach.
but whatever works. enjoy!
Assuming I can get into that position to beginn with 😂😂😂
Love it
“A stretch you’re gonna Love”
RIGHTEOUS
This looks well good thanks

I'm definitely going to try this👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 Appreciate it sir
Thanks
No worries mate!
Good videos, Jeff. You look as good as the Marlboro man.
I need to work on being able to get into that first position first, lol.
Great tip! 💪🙂👍
Jeff doing that 10/10 Slav Squat!
The squat is the easy part to understand.
The reach and twist I do to quite get.
Where is the emphasis on the reach?
Up or to the side?
Hiya, Happy I did it 6 times each side , feeling good 😎😎

Thanks Jeff, I'm now at the doctor with a pulled muscle.😢
From doing this ?
If I would do this in the morning, I would spend the rest of the day with the doctor.
"We get into a deep squat"
Imma stop you right there
Ty 👍🏽
Thats my squat stance. The stretch feels great but Im not aure if thats the correct form for squats.
Does wonders for my hip!
Lol now he is into yoga good for him 😊
I’ve been diagnosed with lupus so how am I suppose to do this when my joints are in so much pain.
This is so awesome, never get tired of watching your posts.
botttttttttt
