There are several errors: 1. device is not powered down. 2. Magnets were not placed correctly. 3. Flex cable glued to logic board is incorrect. Needs to be glued to the screen. 4. No gloves.
you forgot to transfer the magnets... If anyone else is here look for the orientation of the uneven one, it's long side down towards the charge port. Thanks for the video though!
@@AnnonymousButSpanishGuy hah? Talking about the magnets that on the inside edge of the screen.... Seems everyone misses those 🤔 What comment section? Are you following me?...🤦♂️ 😂
Bro I repaired pro 11 two screens, after a week both screen got damage, screen blurred, glitches. Was that due to that magnets, do you think that. What might be the problem. There is nothing on screen damage.
OK I don't mean to come off as a stickler but you should really get in the habit of blurring out or just not showing client's faces on devices your fixing in your videos. The client could technically sue you for stalking since you didn't get their consent. Just don't do it.
This is a big fat NOPE for me. This might as well be alien technology. (It probably is) I’ll live with a broken screen I guess. The store wants $500 to put a new screen on my Pro 11 inch 2 gen.
Doesn't even disconnect the battery!!!!!
I’ve changed my iPhone screen loads of times since I drop my phone a lot and I’ve never disconnected the battery and never received a shock
It's not about recieving a shock. You can cause your phone to short down the line and it'll become unfixable.@@jbacon3923
The flex cable is supposed to be glued to the lcd, not on the board!

My screen is very dark
The image on the screen is frightening enough to change it!! 😳
🙄
Y'all didn't notice? He literally broke one of the sensors and left in the old screen...

Same and I am a graphic designer. I'm all kinds of screwed.
Mostly because the screens are hard to find and if you do there very expensive
What no insurance to cover. Mine is covered under house insurance here in UK
I know this is late, but you can replace the whole screen/touch pad with nothing but a few hand tools and a heat gun. About 50 dollars for that part.
