Hdhmr Board is a High Density High Moisture Resistant Fiber Board. The fine fibers of Wood Particle paste are bonded together with the help of adhesive, additives, resin etc. Hdhmr Board is a very heavy and strong Board.
Advantages of Hdhmr Board
The advantages of Hdhmr Board is that Hdhmr is very heavy, holds screws very nicely, the surface is very smooth, termite resistant, moisture resistant.
Disadvantages of Hdhmr Board
Disadvantages of Hdhmr is that Hdhmr can absorb water when in direct contact and can change its shape and size. Hdhmr is moisture resistant not water resistant. So also Hdhmr is termite resistant and not termite proof.
While using Hdhmr Board please note that you must avoid direct contact of this board with water.

This board is a termite magnet. I was surprised as my kitchen company had guaranteed that I would not get termites and in one year all cupboards have termites in my kitchen. Also most doors are not closing as door hinge holes have becomes big.

maine action tesa ki teen sheet mangwayi thi 80rs/sqft k hisaab se. meine usme 1 invh ki keel 1 inch scre 2 inch keel aur 2 inch screw mara hai. charo hi case mein board fat gya hai. log puri kitchen banwa le rahein hein i dont know how ???????

Nice information of difference between hdhmr and waterproof plywood. Hdhmr life is double at sealing wall compare to plywood but less strength and screw holding capacity. Please try water test at waterproof plywood for one complete day like hdhmr and show result at your next vedio.
Also I would like to know about, boilo board seems new in market , please make video over this too , mostly we face termites in kitchen, that’s common problem I hope it can solve the issue 👀

First do the termite treatment and preferably use PVC/WPC board.

What shud be used to prevent bend in long shutters of wardrobe.
What is the specific question??
Our flat has a floor height of 11 feet. We want to plan a tall wardrobe. I have heard that long shutters or doors beyond 7 feet tall, have bending issues esp in ply. What other material can be used to prevent bending. I read that ply board can be used but it will not be calibrated for a good finish for laminate. Am I right? Or hdhmr can be used? Or is there a method to prevent bending on hdhmr or u get calibrated ply board.. Summary which material to use for tall shutters for wardrobe and for good finish, plyboard or hdhmr. Thanks

I will not say it is a good idea or a bad idea. But yes metal is used for shutters and cabinets. Have seen stainless steel kitchens. If the termite problem is not serious you can opt for stone partition and ply mica shutters.

Excuse me sir,, do not share wrong information about crack the edge while screwing,, first u have to do prehole on edge,,then u can screwing repeatedly on same place,,as per company instruction,, don't put any size of screw,, only use 19/4 ss screw or black screw,, dekhenge kaise crack aayega,,i challenge it about screwing

As an expert, you have generalized the same. Instead you should have said , high density water resistant boards which come with different names with different brands,
ex : VIR manufactures HDFWR , Green Panel HDWR.
