If there is direct sunlight on door then don't go for upvc / PVC products.
Use cement board flush door or you want to add aesthetic then use HPL ( high pressure laminate) or metal sheet on flush door. It will be long time solution. Because direct sunlight affects any wood, laminate, PVC, UPVC.

Easily lasts for 8 to 10 years. Paint the bottom of the door nicely so that it does not absorb water. Also give decent gap on the floor.
@@InteriorDost With regards to WPC doors can mortise lock be used? I get feedback that only rdrop can be used and mortise locks are not recommended and if really needed cylindrical locks recommended. What is your opinion on this?
@@CitizenSleeper0 if the door is 35mm or more in thickness then only go for mortise locks.
@@vviivvekk Thanks for the information. I didn't get the info of minimum thickness needed for mortise locks. I just was advised by carpenters and wholesale dealers not to put mortise locks on WPC doors.

How much filling is required. Brick pieces are best.
