Omg I had a similar experience waiting to get into the Pokémon Center - the way they planned that was so terrible - and I’m so sorry you missed Pikachu! That’s so sad! I’m sorry you had such a bad experience at the beginning - but at least you still got to buy a lot of the exclusive merch - most of it was gone by the time I went 😭
