When I started therapy I had no idea what my problems even were, I just knew I felt generally bad a lot of the time. If I had set goals based on when I started, my goals would have been based on implicit concepts that were the real problems I needed to address and grow out of. At the same time, now that i am a therapist myself, it’s funny to think about how to sell this: if you try depth psychotherapy, good things will happen, and they are probably things you can’t imagine at this point. Sounds like hocus pocus, but it’s true.

@anegrey yep! It's an ongoing process of dialing in the sales pitch. Mostly, it just starts with coaching. 🤷🏼♀️
