      I believe it is frying oil mixed with a bunch of spices. I can check though.

      @@frankviray8534 I think the majority of it would be cayenne and frying oil, probably more stuff though

      Ari gemboer I think it’s a few things:
      Chicken thighs soaked in brine, then dipped in seasoned flour then hot sauce/buttermilk mix back and forth several times, then deep fried in peanut oil, then dunked in seasoned oil from the fryer, then sprinkled with dry seasoning.

      I know the recipe. BTW, thats milk he's using and always use louisiana hot sauce for the milk/dredge.
