  • this took place on September 27th 2022 approximately the 4500 block of Ivy Street. DPD had gone through on the 23, doing a mass tagging of abandoned vehicle warnings all around District 2 they did come to Ivy Street however they did not serve or tag anyone on Ivy Street that day as Thomas videoed completely around all vehicles that were there Renee and ourselves had called this home base for approximately 14 months during the pandemic we had a good working relationship with every business on the street we cleaned up after the housed people littering from the taco cart that did hella business we patronized the businesses as well as employees of businesses would bring us supplies & materials for our home build trailer. so after we video that we had not been tagged we moved to Glencoe anyway on the morning of the 27, two ladies that were parked down by Sapp Brothers on 48th Ave. had been tagged & had come up to Ivy Street in the morning contacting Renee so we all went over to Ivy Street when all of a sudden dpd fire and about 15 big rig tow trucks showed up bound and determined to steal shelters it turned into quite the yard deal as they tried to steal all of our shelters while we were videoing and I was screaming at them that we were all in compliance wish we were and we had proof by data neither trailer that was towed that day had a fire inspection done on it and they finally brought Nellie's back but tricked Renee with a administrative warrant for inspection that has nothing to do with the public would be strictly between police to Fire and Fire to the administrative Court with the administrative Court having no bearing over citizens they ran up to Renee with an unsigned not correctly dated and supposedly turned in by individual who had not worked for the City and County of Denver in 2018 so although it was in compliance and doing nothing wrong they were bound and determined not to leave Ivy Street with nothing this cost Renee a month out of his shelter and approximately $500 to get his property back as it was registered and plated they unhooked his fifth wheel from the back of our pickup truck that was unregistered. the director of Centura Health Care came out and approached Thomas and myself with a case of water asking why the cops were f****** with us at which time he told us that dpd had come into Centura Health Care in an attempt to solicit a nuisance complaint on us as I expressed we had been calling this home base for approximately 14 months and Sentara Healthcare told them absolutely not those people have never done anything to anybody they help out they clean up after others and have never been a problem
