A great, great interview. I had the pleasure of working with Bob back in 1989 when he was the guest conductor/soloist with the Oslo Groove Company here in Norway. Being in my early 20s at the time it was a great learning experience. He had ears like an elephant and would be very particular about what he wanted from me as a drummer. Also hearing his blistering tenor solos in my monitor was out of this world. One of a kind!
