They included the "Dirty Dancing" moment between Jacob and Hannah, but for me, the scene that follows is even better and so important to the movie's themes. (For people who haven't seen it or don't recall: Jacob takes Hannah to bed and starts kissing her, but she asks about his pillow and finds out it's from Brookstone, and he also has a massage chair
And they actually don't have sex. They just talk

Steve Carrell jumping out of the car was hilarious but also a very somber well played scene, a perfect mixture, just like the film. People who throw it aside as a chick flick are missing out.

I love when Marisa gives the whole speech about a-hole and says Cal was nervous and she had to "help" relax him for 45 minutes..... I was in stitches. She is so good!

This is one of my favorite movies. The scene when Hannah comes from the dinner with her asshole boyfriend, finds Jacob in the bar, and kisses him is one of the best scenes of the movie!!!

The song True keeps playing in the background! I love this movie. I saw it on my trip to Switzerland in a friend's house and with my boyfriend at the time. First reminded me of him but now I just love this film coz makes you believe soulmates do exist and you shouldn't give up on love.
One of my favourite chick flicks of the 2010's, and the movie that introduced me to the fabulous Ryan Gosling!😍 But does anyone else find it slightly creepy that Robbie, who is only about 13, spends his time mooning over his older teenage babysitter Jessica, constantly stalks and embarrasses her by delivering a passive aggressive speech in public, yet he essentially gets rewarded for this uncomfortable behaviour with nude photos of her?!😮

As non american, my most favorite part of the movie was the fact that, they are like true human beings, and their talks , fights and so on as like in any other countries, but not as the Rock or other cool guys' fights with enemies lol

OMG you forgot 2 major parts! The one where Jessica gives Robbie those pictures (it shows slight comedy along w love having no age) and they one where Julianne Moore saying “I’m glad you bought me that ice cream” cause if it wasn’t for that moment they would have never met and ultimately no matter what happened in between. They’re glad that they’ve fallen in love w each other. I think it’s a beautiful and heart-warming moment 🤍

I thought this movie was pretty good when I watched it. But this list made me appreciate its longevity. And this is coming from a guy.
This movie is one of the best.
I disagree with the placement of a few items and most are no big deal. But putting the Dirty Dancing moment at number 3... REALLY?! That's definitely #1! It's the pivotal scene that changes the course of the whole movie! It's Jacob & Hannah's moment of triumph, each finally finding another person with whom their minds and hearts and bodies are totally in synch, which is the whole point of their relationship! Gah! (Source: It's one of my favorite films of all time.)
