I've never really spent much time in Austin either. I've driven through it a few times, and I've flown in and out of there, including a couple of overnights for inaugural flights, but never really explored the area.
I am getting ready to fly to Austin (from DTW with stopover at MDW) in 2 weeks the spend to holidays with my mom and my sister who just got back from being stationed in Japan with the Marines.
Excellent footage once again Skylite👌. As always liked and enjoyed. Also can I ask you something? Yesterday I was watching a TH-cam video of a new airline coming out soon. The new airline is called Fly Atlantic. Have you heard about it and do you plan to fly on it whenever they begin service?
I've heard/read stuff about them. I'll definitely look into flying them when they introduce service. Just like I flew on PLAY's inaugural US flight. The problem with these low-cost international airlines, is that they often have undesirable slots. Like I looked into taking Norse Atlantic's first flights, but they were all at least half in the dark. It costs me a lot of money to take specific flights like that because I'm then tied down to a single day and flight. The flight from Oslo to wherever may be cheap, but the flight to Oslo is going to be expensive. If that makes sense. It's very difficult to film at night, and a lot of stuff has to go right. Like, if the crew keeps the cabin lights on, then it's almost impossible to film out the window. So, I hate to spend a ton of money on a flight that's overnight, just to not be able to film it, you see? So, when these new low cost airlines start flights, and they're like Norse, French Bee, or Air Premia start flights, they're often red-eyes. I looked into all of those I just listed and opted out of doing them boucle of their flight times. So, it's on the table, but it all depends on what their actual schedule is when it's released.
Great fly! Which one is better flying alternates? Taking Amtrak's Texas Eagle from Austin station to Dallas Union Station with 6 stops or driving between Austin and DFW airports instated of flying like this video?
I mean, If I have to choose between the two, I'd probably take the train just because I like doing that kind of thing. Convenience wise though, driving would be far better.
By passing/dodging that massive CB @ 11:08-1208 - priceless.
Thank You, "The FlyMan Of TH-cam"🔥
Wow. Great view of the thundercloud. I've never been to Austin at all.
