I’m so inspired by your creativity patience. When I had my rats trying to set up a double then quadruple critter nation was not an easy feet especially keeping some were young and agile and others were in their calmer slower years. It’s always cool to see :)

Thankfully they only occasionally mark them so I just clean them every cage cleaning (every 6 ish weeks). If something gets dirty in between I will clean it of course, but that’s pretty rare.
how long does it take for you to clean your cage and how often are you doing that? im a semi new rat dad myself and i can never tell if im cleaning their cage often enough (keep in mind i only have a singe cage and two rats though)
Toilettes every to every second day. Cage, Toys etc once a week. Deep clean once a month. Depending on the fabric and how many rats you have you might switch out hammocks more often PS you should at least keep 3 rats!!! One more rat is not more work or expensive

That's an awesome setup for your babies. How often do you have to clean all of the bridges and shelves, etc?
