ഇത്രയും പറഞ്ഞപ്പൊൾ ഇവിടുത്തെ deposit protection ന്റെ കാര്യം കൂടി പറയാമായിരുന്നു. Agent or Landlord അവർക്ക്‌ deposit കയ്യിൽ സുക്ഷിക്കാൻ അനുവാദം ഇല്ല. മൂന്നാമത്‌ ഒരു agency ആണു അത്‌ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്‌. കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ്‌ deposit തിരികെ കിട്ടാൻ പാടുപെടുന്നത്‌ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ ആയിട്ടാൺ ഈ നിയമം ഉള്ളത്‌.
