    Jahangiri Rice :
    Ingredients:
    Boiled Rice 2 cups
    Oil ¼ cup
    Onion chopped ¼ cup
    Tomato chopped ¼ cup
    Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Chicken boneless julienned 1 cup
    Spinach boiled ½ cup
    Salt as required
    Chicken powder 1 tsp
    Red chili crushed 1 tsp
    White pepper 1 tsp
    METHOD
    Heat oil in wok add onion sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add green chilies and tomato cook well. Add chicken fry well. Add salt, crushed red chili, chicken powder and white pepper with boiled spinach cook till oil separate. Add boiled rice mix well and cook for 1 to 2 minute.
    Beef White Qorma:
    Ingredients:
    Beef with bone 500 gm
    Oil ½ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Onion paste ½ cup
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Whole dried milk 2 tbsp
    Salt as required
    White pepper 1 tsp
    Bay leaf 1 - 2
    Whole All spice 1 tbsp
    Mace powder 1 pinch
    Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
    Screw pine essence few drops
    METHOD
    Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic paste sauté well. Add meat cook well. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add onion paste, yogurt and all spice cook for 1 to 2 minute. Leave for simmer cook till oil separate. Add screw pine essence cook for 1 to 2 minute leave for simmer. Remove and serve.
    Daal Kay Parathay:
    Ingredients:
    Black gram ½ cup
    White lentil ½ cup
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Onion chopped 1 medium
    Salt as required
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Coriander crushed 1 tsp
    Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
    Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    For Paratha Dough
    Fine flour 1 cup
    Salt as required
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Water as required
    METHOD
    Heat oil in pan add onion fry well. Add turmeric, red chili, salt, cumin and crushed coriander cook well. Add gram lentil and white lentil then add green coriander and lemon juice mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minute. Turn off flame. Remove lentil in plate. For dough mix flour, oil and salt knead the dough well. Make ball and leave for 10 minute. Roll ball and fill the filling of pulse. Roll second ball and place on filing roll then fold edges. Heat tawa, cook parathas on low flame from both side with few drop of oil or clarified butter.
    Lehsan aur Kairi Ki Chutney:
    Ingredients:
    Garlic 2-3 tbsp
    Raw mango 1
    Green coriander 1 tbsp
    Mint 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 1 - 2
    Salt as required
    Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Water as required
    METHOD
    Blend all ingredients in blender.
