At the end of the interview, she said don't believe me, take it to the Lord and ask Him. So I did. He said she's off her rocker.
Yes !!!😂😂😂
Brilliant 😂😂👏🏻
😂😂😂😂
😂
Yes, that's the message I got after she told us she was premortal! 😂😂😂😂
This is the lady who when this began said that Chad was innocent and that Lori's last husband was abusive...neither are true.
A narcissist nut, not a good combo.
And she said her angels told her the kids were alive playing on a beach. She has also ripped people off with her silly BS.
She is a danger to society!
Chad is a death row murderer, why are you letting her go on about Chad being a visionary. This is disgusting Nathan! This is disrespectful to those murdered!
@@lisapope1462this interview was 4 years ago. Children were found 4 days after this interview
Dear Julie, Chad had no gifts period. He is a con.
Absolutely.
Just like her
So is she so she wants ppl to believe in the scam.
AMEN to that!
Neither does she!!😂😂😂
Julie Rowe's next book should be "How to monetize mental health issues".
Isn't this what Mormon leadership does? Currently the leadership in Utah is attempting to sue a town in Texas b/c Utah leadership wants a massive-industrial temple to be built in a rural community. Local residents are fine with a temple being built, don't want the temple to overtake the town. Utah Mormon leadership doesn't care about the community & have made it apparent. All they see is $$$$
So so true
She is just as scary as Chad.
idk about scary but definitely bananas
Thousands of people listen to Julie Rowe. She is dangerous. She believes what she is saying.
She sure is!
Her view of the world and God is so convoluted and depressing.
@@justine7083 This is what happens when a religion needs investigation. Far too many LDS members delve into craziness.
Julie mentioned Eric Smith. I was horrified but fascinated by this frightening fiasco for a long time. Eric Smith is as disturbed as Julie.
Listening to this woman speak about her experiences, visions, energy, etc., tells me she is in urgent need of psychiatric assessment and treatment.
Here in Europe the LDS church is slowly dying out, as it is in so many parts of the world. I've met some great "Mormins". They quietly get on with their lives and don't need all the nonsence Julie and her mob almost vie with one another to portray how enlightened they are.

This woman believes she is telling the truth, in my opinion. She is dealing with mental health issues, clearly, it is different from Chad. I totally understand the frustration, but she deserves some understanding, as she is clearly and deeply unhappy.
I feel like I need help after listening to it even though I don’t believe this woman. It was a train wreck that somehow I could not look away from.
Yes, nothing this woman has predicted ever came to light. 😵💫🙄 Imagine her telling people they have traumas they've never had... and the danger of that
Two minutes in and I can’t listen any further. How does anyone believe this? Brainwashing and indoctrination is real.
@@vihmakeno she doesn’t. It’s clear that she is seeking financial gains. She doesn’t believe a word of it herself.
Her talking about Tammy, JJ, Tylee, Alex and Charles…and describing what they are thinking and feeling after they were murdered… is just sickening and shameful.
It is beyond disrespectful to their memories! Also to the families!
That felt so weird hearing her talking about their feelings...🙈🤯
Also her saying Charles is in the dark, and that he treated Lori bad! How DARE SHE VICTIM BLAME CHARLES!
And then wanting to promote her "book"🙄 She seriously needs some help
@@kimmoore0427 I think she is referring to him being in outer darkness, the Mormon concept of “hell”. Disrespecting his memory even in death💔
Julie, everyone around Chad and Lori knew they were having an affair. Thats not being psychic, that's common sense.
Even Charles knew. It was THAT obvious
This is what happens when delusions are allowed to go unchecked.
This is what happens when state psychiatric hospitals are shut down.
It is concerning
She’s not mentally ill , she’s a con artist. Preying on those who believe this religious 🗑️
I'd like to add....that this is what happens when delusional thinking goes unchecked and unmedicated And when they intertwine delusional thinking with twisted religious beliefs it becomes extremely dangerous for the person and those around them. As this whole sad story proves. Those poor kiddos & spouses. Just sickening.
The entire mainstream mormon church talks this way and beliefs in itself is a delusional religion. Don’t believe me? Attend a sacrament meeting…
One thing I appreciate about you, Nate, is your interviews are about the guest, not yourself. You allow your guests all the freedom to speak as long as they need to. You don't interrupt with talk of yourself. You don't act. You are real. I appreciate you and your family. As always, great interview.
I don't know how he sits through listening to this crazy woman. I would have a headache😅🙄 Kudos to him for being such a good reporter!
Yes u are kind
Nate is a wonderful reporter, bit this is one nutjob that he shouldn't have given time for. She's spreading all the same shit that Chad did.
This woman LOVES the sound of her own voice. She talks and talks, yet says nothing of relevance. According to her, she’s had 6 near death experiences, she has the gift of discernment, the gift of “hearing”, the gift of seeing the past, the gift of seeing the future, and the gift of “energy healing”. I believe her “gifts” may be part of her self reported mental illnesses. Chad’s own family members said they never heard him say anything about having near death experiences until he started publishing Julie’s books. He saw how lucrative her books were and jumped on the bandwagon. All of these people are full of baloney!
@bella hillery7889, exactly!
As an actual counselor (with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling) I find it alarming that she alleges to work with her ‘clients’ to help them process past trauma, etc. with no formal education or training relating to mental health. This really scares me. Among a lot of other things she says in this interview!
How can this be legal? She charges for THIS!!!😮😮😮
Psychiatric nurse of 30+ years, I agree with @AnniePierce-c5e
It's common in Utah. Mormons looking fo woo-woo spiritualism and energy healing is the norm. Connexions was another grifting operation that used unlicensed people to give "life coaching" services, led by Jodi Hildebrandt.
@@Georgie3463 Yes. The LDS church insisted that members seeking therapy should only see those who include the LDS teachings in their treatment. Jodi Hildebrand sent invoices to the LDS every month. She was on the church approved therapist list, and made her fortune from that. Not even one word from the church to explain their behaviour. I'm waiting to hear when the church will be charged.
Its a massive problem in Utah..very scary that for strange reasons the government has weird laws only in Utah to protect shady high up mormon people doing very shady things and banking from that..probably paying off the Government involved in all the shady mormon crap
As a mental health professional from Europe, I find this entire interview absolutely horrifying. The ward I work on here in Zürich is full of people who have almost identical visions. They also all behave and talk in this same hyper-religious, grandiose, surreal manner. They speak of communicating with god, of flying around in their dreams, being shown all kinds of secret knowledge, being special and chosen, having a mission etc. The only difference is that here, we call a psychiatrist who can diagnose the disorder and give a proper treatment, while in America people believe these visions are true, they follow the patients as their leader and even indoctrinate their children with these surreal stories.
Absolutely terrifying.
LDS sets this up in the Book of Mormon. Why are so many LDS convicted child molesters, child abusers and murderers? Also bombers, murderers of women who dont adhere to the patriarchy? So many veins of disaster within LDS doctrine. The entire religion is a cult and they all fight for power and authority within this untaxed "church." And to think USA was founded on separation of church and state. We need to reclaim our foundation and to adhere to science otherwise....
Yes this is such a mental illness and is so disturbing. What kind of man could stand to be married to her…
There are some who fall for the nonsense of women like Chad Daybell and Julie Rowe, but the vast majority of Americans see both of them (and others like them) as troubled, dangerous and delusional.
It is so scary that there are so many people that think and believe this. It's so wack!
@@gaiagreen2690 This is why the United States is becoming a Christian fascist state. Because there are millions of people like Julie. They may have different Christian beliefs, but they are just like her in their smug certainty and desire to make everyone else look and think how they want. They are trying to shut down all public education. They teach their children hate towards anyone that isn't Christian or straight.

2:33 This is very, very sad. As a former Medical Intensive Care RN, I am so, so sad that this woman believes the hallucinations she experienced while chemically sedated because she was so ill. These medications are known to cause hallucinations, they are MIND ALTERING drugs. I'm almost certain this is either autocorrect, that you aren't familiar with the LDS church, or a hilarious joke. I'm choosing to believe hilarious joke. In the church they're called "family home teachers" and they're someone who has been assigned to a family that they have to check on periodically. I don't really know how to explain it so I copied this from the LDS website.
"Two home teachers are assigned to each person or family in the congregation; these two priesthood holders visit their assigned individuals and families each month to help and support them in their efforts to live the principles taught by Jesus Christ."
That part of her story was so damn stupid, because that's not even a connection. They're in different locations, and her BIL would not have anything to do with introducing Julie to them, too many degrees of separation. Also idk how it is now or how it is/was in other locations but when I grew up it was a running joke how much everyone hates doing family home teaching. They'd say hi in the hallway and then go tell the bishop they can be checked off for doing their assigned home teaching for the month lmao. Everyone hated both parts of having to do it and having it done. It was so awkward every time that the bishop forced them to schedule a day and time that they could come to our house and lead a "family home evening" (like a mini church lesson but make it way too intimate and uncomfortable). Anyways I laughed so hard at homeroom teacher because it caught me off guard and reminded me of how some of the Mormon mumbo jumbo jargon is so confusing and sounds so stupid when you try to think about how to explain it to anyone else 🤣

😂😂😂👍
Well she was very vocal about two of your points.
She's a fraud and a grifter.
This woman is not harmless. She’s still collecting money from people, some their life savings. Who knows how her road ends?
It's not hard to predict.
It's awfull nate gave her a platform to scam more people and there are some that are suing her because she isn't building anything she is stealing people's money and living off of it it's disgusting
@@tonyahanks7863 It's not "awfull (sic) nate gave her a platform ...", this was done in 2020, days before the children's bodies were found.
The interview gives insight into the background of how it started. Maybe we can look signs in future cases. Hopefully this might help some people to wake up and see them all for what they are.
I agree with you that she is scamming people. She's also in great need of help for her mental health.
I can't believe that anyone who knows about the Chad & Lori case would pay this woman to scam them! She was very much a part of everything Chad was doing, defended him when the story first broke, and only distanced herself when the children were found. Why is AVOW and people like Julie allowed to continue their craziness?
What IS this woman doing now?
Poor Julie. She just wasn't 'fit, loaded and blonde' enough for Chad to lead the 144k together. However she is perhaps even more bonkers. No wonder she was escorted from the courtroom.
I didn’t know she was escorted from the courtroom!!! Which trial? Lori’s or Chads?

I wish Nate would’ve asked her, “You believe that Chad was imprinted with false visions by the dark side. How are you so sure that your visions aren’t also falsely implanted and you’ve been misled by darkness?”
I would have loved to hear this Charlatan’s answer. The only thing I feel emanating from her is darkness and evil.
It may have put her into overload mode...
Well I’d bet she’d say that YOU’RE getting visions from the dark side 😂 cause ppl like this absolutely know they’re lying through their teeth!

Because Nate is mormon and has the same delusional Mormon beliefs…Most Mormons just don’t want to admit it in public since this case broke out.

I can see why this interview wasn’t released…but it sure does shed some light on this cozy little group that included Chad and Lori.

I'm tired of these weirdos. I'm not saying anything new, but because of these people's apocryphal beliefs, people are dead.
Nate you are truly a great reporter to interview her with a straight face, must have been hard
I love how Nate is keeping a complete calm straight neutral face, but too neutral. You can almost see his brain thinking "this woman is a fruitcake." 😂

So glad you uploaded this interview. Completely understand why you didn't at the time. It's much more interesting now after the fact. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely thought we would get more insight into Chad and his beliefs or mindset anyway. But sadly it was the Julie Rowe hour.
What I have a hard time understanding is this: I notice anyone who is close to any of the players in this story firmly believes that Chad and Lori really believe what they are saying. That they are delusional. I can't convince myself of that. What I think is that Chad made all this stuff up to get into Lori's pants. And Lori believed he could do this stuff, and just pretended she could and played along with it because it made her feel special. But in reality I think they both knew they were full of bs. I mean we can all agree they didn't have actual portals in there closets where they could have sexual trysts correct? I've never once heard someone testify any facts that either Lori or Chad had any inexplicable abilities. Like Padre Pio, or Edgar Cayce Nothing miraculous about these 2. Just a lot of plotting for money. If you had an insurance policy on your life that they could benefit from then they would call the authorities for the death certificate. But if they wanted to collect your social security check they would bury their victims to keep that money flowing in. And 1 other thing... this thing about Lori always being such a good person and a good mom. I don't see it. I think people saw what she wanted them to see, and what they wanted to see. I think she's been rotten on the inside for a long time.
Thank you for being an excellent interviewer Nate. You meet her on her terms, you challenge the perceptions and you show empathy when needed. Great human skills
Wish I was half as good a person as Nate.
For real.
2 minutes in and she's completely off her rocker!
No! She was off her rocker in the beginning.

2 minutes? I got to 44 seconds... 😆
I realized that right after she said her name
Crazy what the human mind comes up with when faced with death.
How Nate kept a straight face throughout this insane interview is commendable!
I had to laughter at Nate's expression. He nods his head yes but the look in his eyes were saying " this woman is nuts"..good job Nate😅
ok lemme get this straight... she hears directly from the "lord" and angels and god and jesus, yet she heard from them "through the veil" regarding chad AND the missing children... all of those things she heard were (disastrously) wrong... and now she expects anyone to believe anything out of her mouth?
Now I know why she wasn't called to testify in either trial.
😂
Oh for sure, but you have to admit she’s got her schtick down pat. She’s explaining the unexplainable and there is no proof that she’s factual or bull shitting because the unexplainable cannot be proven as fact. She’s a spin doctor and I can see how weak, insecure, fearful people get sucked into this BS.
I believe she’s very manipulative and extremely dangerous.
Right? Bingo.
But she did try to sneak in. I just wonder what she had planned to do
Actually, her comment about being groomed by Chad could have been helpful…but she would be too easy to discredit by the defence.
Nate, I’m a devout Catholic not a Mormon. So I don’t really understand a lot of this. But, I’m commenting to say that you did such a great job. You were so professional. I thought you asked good questions and gave her the room to answer them however she chose. It’s a sign of a good journalist.
Agree!! He does a phenomenal job.
I would like to piggy back on what Rebecca said. Fantastic job Nate.
I’m a Mormon and I don’t understand any of this, she is not spouting off Mormon doctrine…this is why she’s been excommunicated and is no longer a member of the church
@@rebeccakalyani2486 And to think, they recorded this interview just 3 days before the children were found on the Daybell property & Chad wasn't even in custody at that point....😳

It's not a crime to be bat s*** crazy, ask San Francisco, Seattle and Portland residents.
Nate, you were right to withhold this interview until now. Julie is deeply disturbed in her mind. Having watched Chad's trial, we can now see her destructive influence on other people with skewed moral compasses. It really exposes the evil of Chad & Lori, Gibb, Pastenes, etc.

This lady is nothing more than a Chad Daybell fangirl. Also I love how she said she had a vision that the kids were fine and then changes the story to fit her narrative of having all of these gifts. What a fake.
She’s a woman, not a lady.
I think it was the opposite. He was a fan girl of her & there were rumors that they had “something” going on. Both 🤡

I pray you find the true Jesus ❤
@@JetVet4Jesuswhy does everyone think their religion is the true religion? Ever think about that? Could it be because that was the prominent religion where you grew up /what you were taught as a child and you never questioned it?
Cults like to tell people to pray about whether or not what they teach is true. They know logic can easily disprove their teachings, but people’s emotions can fool them into anything.
The problem for LDS and Mormonism is they claim to believe in Jesus Christ, yet their faith goes against everything Jesus Christ taught. Also, Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon are elevated higher than the God in Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible. God warned about this in the Holy Bible and the consequences for it.
It's sad and tragic, but not too late to turn and repent.
Be well and be at peace.
All I hear out of this woman's mouth is " I , I ,I ". This is somehow ALL about her , and how I felt this , and I saw that and WOW !! I actually feel sorry for this woman . She BELIEVES every word she says. Very sad.
"This is somehow ALL about her..." 💯
As a very wise man said, "Don't think less about yourself, think about yourself less."
"I was told," whenever someone uses this phrase repeatedly, they are attempting to communicate that they have "special" information that cannot be refuted. Huge red flag. How convenient that she never told anyone some of the things she was "shown" now, after the fact, she is "shedding light" on the circumstances. Unbelievable...literally!!
Yes. And when you ask who told her... She doesn't even pretend it was some recognized authority, it was the voices in her head which she has named Jesus and guardian angels.

There's a lot of people that feel bad for her, saying this is strictly mental illness. I am a mental health professional, and I truly do not believe that. I think that there is SOME mental illness, YES, she definitely has some sort of personality disorder I think. But that doesn't also mean that she is not flat out lying. You can tell when her brain and her eyes are searching for an answer. She's a con woman. So there's many different parts to her.
Okay to continue.......... be back soon

Ummm I'm pretty sure the Lord is gonna say "I had NOTHING to do with all these wackos. They are out here blaming all their decisions on me, and stuff I SUPPOSEDLY told them. I didn't tell them jack. I just want people to be living right and now there's all these people out here making things up, preying on weak minds, and HURTING PEOPLE, and then bringin my name into it and I didn't say anything of the sort!!!" 😡
