The RK61 is a nice cheap mechanical 60% keyboard that come is black or white also gives you the choice of your switches and it also has individual programmable RGB Edit: a 60% keyboard is a small type of keyboard and is good if you are trying to save desk space
You could still build a PC with similar specs, and have enough for Windows 10, but I will note that you could easily buy windows 10 at a super cheap price on eBay, from a high rated seller, from around $7. Me and my friends did that for when we all built out first keys, and I bought mine for $5 😁 There are a lot of places to buy windows 10 32/64 bit for cheap, friend
I can think of a single example of where a prebuilt costs less with the same performance. The cost for windows is included in the prebuilt price and you pay so much extra because of the time it takes for them to build it and do all the cables etc. You always pay more

You can get windows for dumb cheap online, I got windows 7 from kinguin for less than 20 (I can't remember the exact price) then just upgraded to Windows 10 for free

If you ask me Corsair beats Razer any day because of its superior software. I use Corsair products and they all link though the IQue software to be perfectly synced inside and out of the pc.
