- Francis Ngannou sparring from 2013 to 2023. Having initially intended to be a professional boxer, Ngannou converted to MMA under Fernand Lopez of the MMA Factory, before moving to Xtreme Couture under Eric Nicksick. Known for his powerful punches, Ngannou works behind a good jab, which he uses to set up his big shots. The former UFC Heavyweight champion, Ngannou is currently scheduled to fight Tyson Fury in a professional boxing match.

okay I thought watching this that francis would stand no chance, he proved me and probably everyone else who watched that fight wrong, his power punches are scary. Also he definitely won that fight against fury today, he outclassed the heavyweight champion in every way possible today as a mma fighter.

It’s so obvious 😮 just his footwork alone he is a boxer & always has been!!! In boxing he is gonna be even more devastating.no kicks means he can get closer to land bombs & his strength & ufc background allow him to out Grapple anyone with ease. !!!!

These are old clips and Ngannou has since improved and his a better version now in boxing coz here he wasn't practice boxing explicitly but cooperating it inclusively into MMA

The guy Francis sparred earlier 8n thus video has a future too, i mean he was able to dodge many punches, he seemed like a coach or one of the coaches bc he was so good. Wow all these made or or added to Ngannou improvement.

at 6:33 is that Nassourdine Imavov, if so I really love that guy, in my opinion one of the dark horses of the division, he is a big problem for a lot of people can def see him fighting for a title soon hes skilled everywhere and has that meanness to him when he fights, really good kickboxing and clinch work with elbows and knees and has that dagestani wrestling in his blood

For someone to even conceive that Francis would be floored easily is hysterical. I've never even imagined that because I have a bit of idea about Ngannou's mindset. He's mentally strong guy and you could see that by the amount of composure he displayed. Just incredible for his first ever professional boxing match in front of 22,000 people physically present in the arena.

I'm liking that foot work but that bobbing and weaving needs a little more help. And holding up those hands so you don't get hit much..also throwing accurate punches.

Making Tyson Fury chase you and throwing off his balance is good because he doesn't have good balance when he throws his punches. Remember don't play his game. He likes to try and bait you in but all you have to do is bait him in. He has a glass jaw also. He can't take a heavy punch. Plus he gets tired at the end of the 8 round.

Over the years, his boxing got worse and heavier. It has completely returned to grip. However, boxing is constant hitting and attacking. tyson fury will have his easiest match. Ngannaou is a very bad boxer. I don't think there is a chance
