This guy has had some rollercoaster of a life. Grows up in a village in Cameroon working in the sand mines as a child. Leaves home and has to cross the desert multiple times to get to Europe. Lives as a homeless person in France. Eventually makes it to the UFC, becomes Heavyweight champion then leaves despite people telling him he’s making a huge mistake. Man that was heavy, Francis talking about his son like that was mind blowing hes thinking exactly what you would think in your worst dream. What a man he is and its like a tribute to Coby too putting him out there in the universe and hopefully helping anyone else going through such a hard time ❤
I’m the biggest AJ fan . I went to his last fight with Francis and I gotta admit. When FRANCIS said the fight started late ppl said he making up excuses. But the fight really started late around 3:00 am . I was and the crowd and I was already tired . Imagine the fighters how they feel . But he was hell of a fighter salute to him. ❤
And to add to your idiotic thinking, the reason you are tired because you are sitting in one seat the entire room while nganou was in the free to move around. He can sleep, nap, eat, and do whatever. You can’t. lol. You can’t pull out a bed and take a nap. lol. Man, people like you are idiots for even comparing your spectating circumstances with that of Ngannou.
Ngannou was supposed to be the baddest man on the planet. Walked halfway across Africa. Hard as nails, but only between certain hours of the day? Joshua had to fight at 3am as well remember.

@@jackkent7430he just asked a question
@@jackkent7430 oh ok
I'm not a afraid to admit I was crying at the end 😢 my deepest condolences. R.I.P kobe
Man that was heavy, Francis talking about his son like that was mind blowing hes thinking exactly what you would think in your worst dream. What a man he is and its like a tribute to Coby too putting him out there in the universe and hopefully helping anyone else going through such a hard time ❤
Francis English is freaking perfect! his vocabulary is rich and intellectual ! bravo ! tu es un exemple ! stay real ! keep it real !
How can you not love Fancis? Such an amazing human being. So heart-breaking to hear him talk about his son. Rest in peace Kobe.
Yeah, fighters always play games with a lot of things. I just wished the fight lasted longer but it was still cool
lol. Excuses, excuses. lol.
@liferipsfam seems clear you've never competed or performed in anything, otherwise you'd know how being backstage for 5h+ would affect you
Man. What a great interview. It hit hard towards the end too. People don’t even know what that man is going through. Deep stuff. Wish him the best and anyone else on here going through it.
Today i learned something. Thank you Francis . R.I.P Kobe 🤲🪽
Francis, while being at my lowest in life and thinking I had stop feeling emotion.. you made me cry like a kid. Hope this story helps any future parents in protecting their beloved ones. I pray in you seeing Kobe when the time has come, along with your family.
Thank you for lifting me up.. the rest is from me.
You got this champ 💯
❤
Francis genuine as they come, should be a good episode!
Spot on mate, it was indeed, surpassed expectations. Salute
“You’re a bad professor” comment had me rolling 😂😂😂
Francis is such a beautiful person. We idolise so many idiots in this world but he is such a true genuine hero. I feel so heartbroken for all the hardship and pain he endured and he is so strong.
This is truly what we should aspire to be like ❤️
Damn never cried about a jre episode until today
Francis Ngannou is truly a B.M.F!
The most soft spoken killer I'ver ever seen
God bless you Francis. Great conversation, Rip Kobe.
Being a die hard boxing fan I can tell you that Francis is officially a real boxer. To be a real true boxer you need to blame your losses on anyone but yourself. And you get a gold star for blaming it on a conspiracy.
Mann Ngannou is a true warrior especially after losing his son. He’s strong not to shed a tear.
love every single time francis is on. bro his story about getting out of cameroon is nuttsssss
That part about his son was unbelievably powerful
Francis is a really nice guy. Soft spoken, very smart, and creative thinker. I'm so sorry about his loss. 😢
Francis is one of the most extraordinary humans we’ve had the privilege to observe grow in recent years
A man.. A champ.. A Father... Francis thank you for showing us small glipse in your long journey. I hope you bring everything you ever wanted to africa and it's people.
RIP KOBE
🙏
The positive energy pouring out of this man is nothing short of miraculous. With what he's been through in life, especially recently, to be here speaking to the positive potential of humanity, it's so refreshing and inspiring
Francis gets nothing but respect
I was at work....sitting at my desk...crying quietly for the last 20 minutes of this pod.
The last 10 minutes or so brought tears to my eyes.
You're a good man Francis.
All the best with your future endeavours ❤
Sorry for your loss Francis. Thank you for sharing your story. The kobe story was very touching.
Francis you’re a hero!
This man has been through so much man. As a new parent, I can’t even imagine what would happen to me if I lost a child. RIP Kobe. Say ‘hi’ to Mamba for us.
I don’t think Francis gets enough credit for how lovely and soft his speaking voice is. Bro could do audio books after he retires.
lol… truth
Sounds like his life's purpose is putting people to sleep then lol. In the octagon/ring... and in audio books.
Yo 😢 those last 30 minutes. Stay strong Francis. No one should have to bury their kids.
Such a soft spoken and humble f', killer. What a crazy life story he's had so far, how can you not be a fan?
The pain of losing a loved one will forever change you.
It either breaks you or turns you into a demon.
@@kingjams Or it makes you a better person, more aware of life
The fact that Francis having gone through what he has been through with his son and is able to reflect on the feelings of another person in his brother and how he should of been there more for him. Man that really says a lot about him, truly selfless, a gentle giant to his core.
for one of the many guys in the "strongest man in the wolrd" debate - so humble. compassion for him
One of the greatest fighters ever with insane power, and yet, he's extremely soft spoken and insightful person.
The last 30m of this pod are one of the most emotional moments of conversation we've heard on this pod.
Francis is one hell of an individual and I hope he finds happiness with his family.
Respect to Joe for putting Francis back on the spotlight.
It's really nice to see him get payed. The dude really deserves it, he took a big chance on himself since the start. From leaving his home to working in the Sand Mines and getting involved in one of the toughest sports. Glad the man getting payed. Well Earned and deserved. 🙌
Damn how much pain can a man endure in life? this has caused tears in my eyes, this man Francis Ngannou has pure heart and very strong not just physically but mentally, true Champ in and out of the ring.
One of the best episodes. What a man Francis
One of the good guys in sports for sure
I want Francis voice narrating my life, my books, my thoughts…. EVERYTHING. Where I subscribe? Haha. ❤ great episode! 👌🏻
Francis got me emotional. As a fatger of 10 months baby boy i cant imagine pain inside him! Respect to people like him for finding power in themselves to keep living and becoming better after what he had to go through 😔😔😔 Rip to the little Kobe !
I've got an eight month old boy. And just the thought of it hurts like nothing else
@cheeseburger3209 it does hurts 😢 can wait to get home from work and give a big hug to my little one
I'm hugging my son extra tight from now on I'm so sorry for your loss Francis your are in my prayers the way you spoke about your son and are handling it is the bravest toughest thing you have ever done💯
Powerful how someone is so mentaly strong after being through so much but you have to keep fighting, keep on hammering Francis. R.I.P. Kobe Nganou.🙏
