Very good accurate description of setting netwrap brake for these welger balers, as another lad said I’d be doing the adjustment with a role of netwrap in . And emphasis more that when you have the brake set you must take out the R pin to let brake bar come forward before commencing baling as it’s something myself & probably most people have forgotten to do ftom time to time Regards DODDY
Good evening , very nice video , I have a question this grey that is after the place where you place the net , that looks like pipe insulation , what exactly is it and how do I replace it ? In the video at moment 3:24 it is shown in its entirety .
Its is very similar to pipe insulation but doesnt have a slit in it. To change theres a m8 nut and bolt either end which hold the bar on, simple remove the bar and slide through the new foam roller and bolt back on

@@soundoftime5409 the bar with the foam on it should have a curve to spread the net to the outside of the bale. If it not curved just pull it upwards with two hands to put a slight curve back on. It may also be the net your using is to narrow and maybe try wider net. We bought the new foam from a local agco dealer because agco took over the Lely Welger brand
good evening, I would like to ask to know when I tie after cutting, the net is thrown out, the roller that pulls the net consists of 2, an iron one and a rubber one that moves both forward and backward, it should not hold a cord so that does the net not go back?
I have a rp220 master which is beeping late when the bale is made and when the net is being applied the control box keeps beeping and saying twine won’t run, when it is actually is running if anyone can help thanks
Probably set abit too loose I do set mine with the roll of net in it and a slight amount of dragg and it works real good, when flipping the knife around it’s best slacken off the 10mm bolts while the knife it tripped so it can be dead parallel with the anvil and then nip them up
Half of the bales I bale through mine it doesn't cut the net and I have to get out and open the back of the baler up and cut my hand it's a right pain, any ideas? I have the break and everything set correctly it's baffling me
Just what you want a person who pays attentin to the baler and mends what was wrong the previous year not some one who parks it in the shed not evan washing it then gets it out the next year and expects it to work and all the time they are baleing have a the phone in hand or talking to someone on it i wont name names but they know who they are

Make sure scraper is on under the rubber roller, they can break off and go into baler, should help in the wind

Have you turned your knife to a fresh cutting edge, or replace the knife, take a look at a bale and see how clean the cut is
The knife is most probably cracked at at one’s side & isn’t easy to see if it is but just whip it out & see & you’ll be 🤙🏽

Have you flip IT yet? You can do It 3 Times be for you have to replace It, one edge is good for 7000 cuts, do not sharp it

U clearly don’t own a baler because u don’t wash them and park them up for the winter that’s a big no no
