Aunt Polly was more of a gangster than the rest of the family combined
You've got to that right my friend. Recall how she killed Campbell
Right rip Polly
Yea she was. She's the one who ran the family. She was the true enforcer of the family.
I think I was scared of Tommy but I know I was scared of Polly
@@BipoIarbearTommy is like the rabid dog and Polly is like the leash, you’re scared shitless of the dog but you know if the leash is gone you’re fucked 😂
When Pol and Tommy worked together as a dedicated team they were an unstoppable force
"You listen for my footsteps." Said like a BOSS!
Helen McCrory, working till the end. She’s a true legend. 😢
RIP Helen McCrory.
That brought the hairs up on my arms. She was one fabulous actor. Effing cancer.
All of this was magnificently done.
These nuns never heard "f around and find out"
fun little fact, in the late 1910s (when this show is set) hat pins women used to secure their hair to their hats were made of metal and often times sharpened and used as weapons. Which is what I believe aunt polly is using to threaten the nun
She used it to threaten Grace in season 1. So yeah, I believe it.
The fact Tommy was terrified of Aunt Polly!!
That is SO well written, produced, filmed and acted!
Aunt Pol is scary as hell! :-O
She really was..
Superb acting, doesn't get better than this
There is God and they're Peaky Blinders 🔥🙌❤️
This was one of the coolest "Quentin Tarantino like" scenes ever!😊
Love this !! Those nuns were rotten !
Best scene ever... Just ever
Just realized I am watching this at 6:30 in the morning
Bonnie and Clyde ain’t got nothin’ on Aunt Polly..
Uh, dunno how familiar your are with Bonnie, but yeah..... little bitty woman notorious for how well she could handle a machine gun. They where ambushed because they where more afraid of her...
Bonnie and Clyde were children on the way to death. These are grown-ups who put their problems in the earth when needed.
Probably THE most intense scene ever.
Far and away my favorite scene in the whole series.
Alternate universe where Aunt Polly and Tommy rescue Margaret, Rose, Bernadette and Crispina from evil Sister Bridget #iykyk
I was just thinking about that movie. Horrible stuff! The reality was probably even worse.
Survivors mentioned that, reality was so much worse, which is so telling. Poor women. That scene where Una is dragged back by her dad still haunts me
Literally haunted me as a child
The most brilliant scene ever!
I’m a big fan of Kate Dickie. She’s a great actor. My favourite performance from her though, is in the video for the Sleaford Mods track-Second.
Such a sad loss when she passed away
@@paulhalforc1889Helen McCrory (Aunt Polly) is the one who passed. Or is that what you meant?
Thanks I'm going to go watch now 😊
Lysa Tully was always a bit mad
OH CRAP LYSA TULLY!!!! I SEENT IT NOW
Ngl I'm more scared of the lady with the ice pick...
that was a hat needle
I love this part of the episode
Helen was a brilliant beautiful actress, taken far too soon
the channel will grow soon, quality videos without shitty music
I just read that Helen was married to Damien Lewis (aka Dick Winters on Band of Brothers).
Ah religion, ain't it grand?
Asserting dominance from the moment they mention the cigarette. Nice move.
"Now put 'em on."
The true face of people of religion (not God). They can’t hear their own lies and hypocrisy or smell the stink from their own BS. Firm yet fair, compassionate but disciplined. Children need both but the nuns only cared about their status and funding. They were too used to the power they wielded within their own walls and church; they forgot that others wield more authority than the nuns did and held no reverence for their status.
Hell with the Blinders, don’t fuck with Aunt Pollu
Polly*
Song name?
It's time the church pay for their sins, wouldn't you say?
Scary woman.
What did he blow in her face? Was it the ashes of the child?
I thought it was drugs because during the series they keep them in those flasks
this clip again?
U don't need to see it or respond to it and yet here u are
